Be thankful for the things we have 〜今あるものに感謝して〜

Ehime: "Are you sure we are walking today, mommy?"

えひめ：「本当に今日、お散歩に行くでしゅか、ママ？」

Mommy: "Yes, I'm sure."

ママ：「もちろんよ。」

Ehime: "It's raining, though."

えひめ：「でも雨が降ってましゅけど。」

Mommy: "I know that."

ママ：「知ってるよ。」

Ehime: "Huh, huh..."

えひめ：「はぁ、はぁ‥‥」

Mommy: "We are home! Good job, everyone. Let's clean up. Kona, lay down here."

ママ：「さぁ、おうちに到着！みんなよく頑張ったね〜。じゃ、きれいきれいしようね。コナ、ここに横になってくれる？」

Kona: "OK."

コナ「はい。」

Ehime: "When is it my turn?"

えひめ：「わたちの順番はいつでしゅか？」

Mommy: "You are done already."

ママ：「もう終わりました。」

Mommy: "Kahlua, raise your leg."

ママ：「カルア、足あげて。」

Kahlua: "Um... Ehime is in my way."

カルア：「えっと‥‥　えひめがジャマなんだけど。」

Ehime: "Mommy? I'm not a fan of walking in the rain. Why did we have to go today?"

えひめ：「ママ？わたち、雨の中を歩くの、あんまり好きじゃないでしゅよ。どうちて今日も、お散歩に行かなきゃいけなかったんでしゅか？」

Kona: "That's true. I like water in the swimming pool. Not from the sky."

コナ：「そうだね。ぼくはスイミングプールのお水なら好きだけど、空からのお水はあんまり好きじゃないな。」

Kahlua: "I don't think a little rain stops mommy and daddy from going for a walk. We used to live in Seattle before. Right, mommy?"

カルア：「ちょっとぐらいの雨だったら、パパとママは絶対お散歩に行こうって言うと思うな。だってぼくたち、以前シアトルに住んでいたから。そうでしょ、ママ？」

Mommy: "That's right. And also, look at this weather forecast. There is a place where people are suffering with the cold, -13F. It means -25℃."

ママ：「その通り。それにね、見て、この天気予報。−13Fの気温で頑張っている人たちだっているんだよ。日本の気温で言えば、−25℃。」

Mommy: "Look. Even the water fountain is frozen."

ママ：「ほら。噴水だって凍ってるでしょ。」

Mommy: "Wow, see this? There is a building surrounded by the ice. What do you think about this?"

ママ：「わぁ、これ見てごらん。氷でおおわれたビルがあるよ。これを見てどう思う？」

Ehime: "We are lucky..."　えひめ：「わたちたち、恵まれてましゅ‥‥」

Mommy: "I agree. We should be thankful for the things we have."　

ママ：「そうよね。今自分たちのまわりにあるものに感謝しなきゃね。」

 Ehime: "Does it mean we are still going for a walk tomorrow if it's a little raining?"

えひめ：「ってことは、つまり‥‥　明日少しぐらいの雨だったら、やっぱりお散歩に行くってことでしゅか？」

Mommy: "Your guess is correct♪"

ママ：「その推測、あたり♪」

Kona: "Let's sleep and save some energy for tomorrow."

コナ：「じゃ今のうちに寝ておいて、明日へのエネルギーを蓄えておこう。」
