Smoked food store 〜燻製屋〜

"Brother Kona? Did mommy and daddy start a new business?"

「コナにい？パパとママ、新しいビジネスを始めたでしゅか？」

"I don't think so. Why do you ask?"

「そんなことないと思うけど。どうして？」

"Because they are cooking like crazy these days. They are dehydrating vegetables and fruit, making ice-cream and I saw some machine like a train last night."

「だって、最近パパとママ、たくさんお料理ちてるんでしゅよ。干し野菜や果物を作ったり、アイスクリームを作ったり。きのうの夜なんて、汽車みたいな機械を見まちたよ。」

"A train? ... Oh, that's a smoker."

「汽車？‥‥　ああ、それってスモーカーだよ。」 

"They sometimes smoke meat and fish outside."

「パパとママ、時々お外でお肉やお魚の燻製を作るんだ。」

Kona: "See? You see a big block beef this time. They'll probably eat some for dinner, but they like to put most of it in the foodsaver and save in the fridge."

コナ：「ほらね？今回は、大きなかたまりの牛肉。多分今日の晩ごはんでもちょっと食べると思うけれど、だいたいは、フードセーバーに入れて、冷凍庫で保存するんだ。」

Ehime: "That's clever. I'm sure mommy loves the idea."

えひめ：「なかなか賢いでしゅね。そういうアイディア、ママ、絶対好きだと思いましゅよ。」

Kona: "This is the smoker that daddy adores. Smoke comes out from the chimney, but it"s not a train."

コナ：「これがパパが溺愛している燻製を作る機械。えんとつから煙は出るけれど、電車じゃないんだよ。」

Ehime: "Oh, no?"　えひめ：「ちがうでしゅか？」

Kona: "You put wood chips in the box. Daddy probably uses Mesquite wood chips for smoking."

コナ：「この箱に、ウッドチップを入れるんだよ。パパは多分、燻製用にメスキートを使っているんじゃないかな。」

Kona: "Look at this. You see the beautiful, tasty & smoky beef 13 hours later in the smoker."

コナ：「ほら、見て。13時間スモーカーで燻製を作ると、すごくおいしくてスモーキーなビーフが出来上がるんだよ。」

Ehime: "Let me see closer!"　えひめ：「近くで見せて下しゃい！」

Mommy: "Ehime, get down!"　ママ：「ひめたん、おりなさい！」

Ehime: "I'm dying because I'm too hungry..."　えひめ：「おなかしゅしゅぎて、死にしそうでしゅ‥‥」

Kona: "Me, too..."　コナ：「ぼくも‥‥」
