At the anniversary celebration dinner　結婚記念日のお祝いのディナーで

Mommy: "We should have Kula's wine to celebrate our wedding anniversary, right?"

ママ：「結婚記念日のお祝いには、やっぱりクラのワインよね〜」

Daddy: "Of course. Kula's wine is like our own child."

パパ：「もちろんだよ。クラのワインは、ぼくたちの子供みたいなものだからね。」 

Daddy: "Let's have Caprese salad for appetizer."

パパ：「前菜には、カプレーゼサラダを頂こう。」

Mommy: "Mmm! Heirloom tomatoes with aged balsamic vinegar are delicious!"

ママ：「んんん！長年寝かせたバルサミコ酢のかかったエアルームトマトがおいしい！」 

Ehime: "I could eat tomatoes, too."

えひめ：「わたちだって、トマトなら食べられましゅよ。」

Kona: "No, Ehime. Balsamic vinegar are on them. I just don't understand why humans need to season tomatoes."

コナ：「ダメだよ、ひめたん。バルサミコ酢がかかってるから。人間は、どうしてトマトに味付けしなければいけないのか、ぼくにはさっぱりわからないよ。」

Kona: "Probably in Las Vegas. Because mommy had her make-up on."

コナ：「多分、ラスベガスだよ。だってママがお化粧しているから。」

Ehime: "She recycled her old photo today, didn't she?"

えひめ：「今日は、過去の写真の使い回しでしゅか。」

Happening here and there 〜あちらこちらでハプニング〜

Mommy: "It's getting warm. Let's water the lemon tree."

ママ：「暑くなってきたからね。レモンの木にお水をあげよう。」

Mommy: "Oh, my gosh! There is a hole on the hose and the water is splashing from there!"

ママ：「あら、なんてこと！ホースに穴が空いて、そこから水が噴き出してる！」

Ehime: "I think there was the water splashing show somewhere..."

えひめ：「どこかで、お水が噴き出しているショーがあったような‥‥」

Kona: "That must be a water show at Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas."

コナ：「それはきっと、ラスベガスのベラジオホテルでやってるウォーターショーのことだね。」

Mommy: "I don't want to have a water show here. Awww... we need to buy another hose."

ママ：「ここでウォーターショーはしたくないわよ〜　あううう‥‥　またホースを買わなきゃ。」

At chickens　にわとりたちのところで

Holi: "What are you doing over there?"

ホリ：「そんなところで、何してるの？」

(nom-nom, nom-nom)

（ムシャ、ムシャ）

Mommy: "Oh, no! Sea, get out! That's the high calorie food for chicks!"

ママ：「あ、ダメ！シーちゃん、出てちょうだい！それは、ひよこさんたちの高カロリーのごはんよ！」

Sea: "Aww, it was delicious..."

シー：「あうう、おいしかったのに‥‥」

Mommy: "Mmm? What are you doing, Miss Chick?"

ママ：「んん？ひよこさんは、そんなところで何してるの？」

Chick A: "I found a mini tomato that a huge monster pecked some. This is not big any more, so I thought I might be able to do something with it."

ひよこA：「巨大モンスターがちょっとツンツンしたあとのミニトマトを見つけたの。これ、もうそんなに大きくないから、私でもなんとかできるんじゃないかと思って。」

Mommy: "I wish you ladies eat your own food...."

ママ：「みんな、自分たちのごはんを食べてくれればいいのに‥‥」

Poached strawberries 〜ポーチドストロベリー〜

Mommy: "We are having guests here tonight. Let's poach strawberries with dried apricots and Riesling."

ママ：「今夜はお客様が来られるからね。ドライアプリコットとリースリングで、いちごをポーチしよう。」

Ehime: "What's 'poach'?"

えひめ：「”ポーチ”ってなんでしゅか？」

Kona: "It means 'cook by simmering'. Mommy is making something we dogs don't eat."

コナ：「グツグツしながら煮るってことだよ。つまりママは、ぼくたち犬が食べないものを作ってるんだ。」

Mommy: "Well, Riesling is alcohol. Maybe I should give you a little piece of fresh strawberries."

ママ：「まあ、リースリングっていうのはアルコールだからね。じゃあふたりには、いちごを小さく切ったのを生であげるかな。」 

Mommy: "Let's put a sprig of tarragon in a pot."

ママ：「さあ、タラゴンを一本お鍋に入れよう。」

Kona: "Tarragon... Sounds like a nickname of someone."

コナ：「タラゴン‥‥　誰かのニックネームみたい。」

Mommy: "Of who?"

ママ：「誰の？」

Mommy: "These strawberries are not as red as the ones in the farmer's market, but I'm hoping they get a nice color when they are poached."

ママ：「このいちごは、ファーマーズマーケットのいちごほど真っ赤じゃないけれど、ポーチされたときにいい色が出てくれるといいな。」

Ehime: "I think the white is a good color, too."

えひめ：「わたちは、白もいい色だと思いましゅけど。」

Mommy: "Mmm? Why is the hose moved to the side?"

ママ：「んん？なんでホースが横に動かされているのかしら？」

Mommy: "I made the hose in a nice loop and put it between the pipe and trough yesterday."

ママ：「昨日ちゃんとホールを丸めて、水道管と水桶の間に挟んでおいたんだけど。」

Sunny: "Mother, I think she might have found out that we played with the hose."

サニー：「母さん、ホースで遊んだこと、バレちゃったかも。」

Happy: "Don't look. Just pretend you are busy."

ハッピー：「見ちゃダメ。忙しいフリをして。」

Kona: "Sunny, you need to do a better job."

コナ：「サニーちゃん、もっとちゃんとやらなきゃ。」

Ehime: "Did you do anything bad, brother Kona?"

えひめ：「コナにい。なんか悪さをちたでしゅか？」

Kona: "I didn't do anything bad. I just rolled over on the ground after mommy weed-whacked."

コナ：「悪いことは何も。ただ、ママが草刈りした後の地面でゴロゴロしただけ。」

Mommy: "What!? Do I need to wash you again???"

ママ：「えっ！？　また洗わなきゃいけない？？？」

Ehime: "Mommy sprayed me again..."

えひめ：「またママにスプレーしゃれた‥‥」

Mommy: "Until your hot spot gets better."

ママ：「ひめたんのホットスポットが良くなるまでね。」

Mommy: "I actually found a hotspot on Kona, too."

ママ：「実は、コナくんにもホットスポットをひとつ見つけたのよね。」

Kona: "I was hiding it from you, but you found it. He he."

コナ：「ママには隠してたけど、バレちゃった。えへへ。」

Mommy: "It doesn't look bad, since it's not the area that you can reach to lick. But just in case, let's spray on your hot spot, too."

ママ：「舐めるのに届く場所じゃないから悪くはなってないけれど、一応コナくんのホットスポットにもスプレーしておこうか。」

Kona: "OK."

コナ：「はい。」

Mommy: "This is made of the natural products, such as tea tree and aloe vera. There are smart people who know that a dog like Ehime might lick after being sprayed."

ママ：「これは、ティーツリーやアロエベラのような自然のものでできているの。ひめたんみたいな犬が、スプレーされた後になめるかもってわかっている賢い人たちがいるのね〜」

Ehime: "I didn't lick. I tasted it a little."

えひめ：「舐めてましぇんよ。ちょっと味見ちただけでしゅから。」

Ehime's hot spot 〜えひめのホットスポット〜

Ehime: "I got washed again. Let's dry my body on the floor."

えひめ：「また洗われた。床で体を乾かしょうっと。」

Mommy: "Now, Ehime. It's time to put the medication on your hot spot."

ママ：「さあ、ひめたん。ひめたんのホットスポットに、お薬をスプレーする時間よ。」

Ehime: "I don't have a hot spot."

えひめ：「わたち、ホットスポットなんかない。」

Mommy: "Yes, you do. Look. Since you lick, the blood is now coming out."

ママ：「あるわよ。ひめたんが舐めるから、血が出てきてる。」

Ehime: "Awww...."

えひめ：「あううう‥‥」

Ehime: "After I get that medication on my hot spot, can I get a biscuit without telling brother Kona?"

えひめ：「ホットスポットのお薬をスプレーちたら、コナにいに内緒でビスケットを食べてもいいでしゅか？」

Mommy: "Not really."

ママ：「それはどうかな。」

Ehime: "Then, I'm leaving."

えひめ：「じゃあ、わたちはこれで。」

Mommy: "Don't run away."

ママ：「逃げないでよ。」

Mommy: "This medication doesn't hurt you. It helps you get better."

ママ：「このお薬は、ひめたんを傷つけるものじゃないの。ひめたんが良くなるお手伝いをしてくれるのよ。」

Ehime: "Wwww...."

えひめ：「ううう‥‥」

Ehime: "My foot hurts. I can't walk anymore."

えひめ：「足が痛い。わたち、もう歩けない。」

Mommy: "What!?"

ママ：「えっ！？」

Ehime: "Let's run away while mommy is surprised."

えひめ：「ママが驚いている間に逃げよう。」

Mommy: "You have no problem to walk."

ママ：「歩くの、まったく問題ないじゃない。」
