Thanksgiving week in Las Vegas 2017 Part 2 〜ラスベガスでの感謝祭の週 2017年 パート２〜

Kahlua: "Please don't leave us!"

カルア：「ぼくたちを置いていかないでっ！」

Mommy: "That's OK. You are going to be very handsome after grooming. I'm going to get my hair done, too."

ママ：「大丈夫よ。カルアくん、グルーミングしてもらったらとってもカッコよくなるから。ママも髪の毛のお手入れをしてもらってくるね。」

Mommy: "I became a woman again❤︎"

ママ：「また女性になった❤︎」

Daddy: "You all look great after grooming. My hair appointment is at 6:00pm♪"

パパ：「みんな、グルーミングを終えてきれいになったなあ。パパの髪の毛のアポイントメントは、午後6時だ♪」

Ehime: "So today, are we going to meet the new family that is staying at Chloe's & Henry's house for Thanksgiving?"

えひめ：「しょれで今日、感謝祭にクロエちゃんとヘンリーくん家にお泊まりしゅる新しいご家族に、会うでしゅか？」

Kona: "I'm looking forward to meeting them♪"

コナ：「ぼく、会うのが楽しみ♪」

At Chloe's & Henry's house　クロエちゃんとヘンリーくんのおうち

Chloe's & Henry's mommy: "I wonder where I put sweet potatoes."

クロエ＆ヘンリーのママさん：「スウィートポテト、どこに置いたかしら。」

Ehime: "......"

えひめ：「‥‥」

Chloe's & Henry's mommy: "I thought I just peeled and sliced them with Kona's mommy."

クロエ＆ヘンリーのママさん：「コナママさんと一緒に皮むきして、切ったと思ったんだけど。」

Ehime: "......"

えひめ：「‥‥」

Chloe's & Henry's mommy: "Oh, no! Did you eat anything, Ehime?"

クロエ＆ヘンリーのママさん：「まさか！えひめちゃん、何か食べた？」

Ehime: "I didn't.... yet."

えひめ：「食べてましぇんよ‥‥　まだ。」

Chloe's & Henry's mommy: "Oh, I found them♪"

クロエ＆ヘンリーのママさん：「あ、あった♪」

This year Chloe's & Henry's family friends came over to spend Thanksgiving with us. One couple and their sons and a daughter. Everyone seemed very nice.

今年、クロエちゃん＆ヘンリーくんご家族のお友だちが、感謝祭を私たちと一緒に過ごすためにやって来ました。ご夫婦と息子さんたち、それから娘さんです。みなさんとっても優しそうな方々です。

November 22 (wed)　11月22日（水）

Chloe's & Henry's daddy: "Let's go for a morning walk."

クロエ＆ヘンリーのパパさん：「さあ、朝のお散歩に行こう。」

Daddy: "Oh, Ehime! Don't pull the leash!"

パパ：「あっ、えひめ！リードを引っ張るな！」

Kahlua: "I wonder if I can walk with other dogs."

カルア：「ぼく、他の犬たちと一緒に歩けるかな。」

Mommy: "We are going to u-turn at the park and drop you off at the house. You can relax at home while we are going for a longer walk."

ママ：「公園でUターンして、カルアくんを家に送るわね。ママたちが長いお散歩に行ってる間、お家でゆっくりしてて。」

Mommy: "What a good photo... except no dogs are looking this way."

ママ：「なんていい写真‥‥　犬たちがまったくこっちを見ていないことを除けば。」

At Chloe's & Henry's home　クロエちゃん＆ヘンリーくんのおうち

Henry: "My breakfast is delicious♪"

ヘンリー：「朝ごはん、おいしい♪」

Kahlua: "What happened to my breakfast?"

カルア：「ぼくの朝ごはんは？」

Chloe: "You guys ate breakfast earlier than anybody in this house."

クロエ：「カルアくんたちは、この家の誰よりも早く、朝ごはんを食べたじゃない。」

Mommy: "You eat elegantly like a model, Chloe."

ママ：「クロエちゃん、モデルさんみたいに優雅に食べるんだね。」

Son A: "We are going on a hike!"

息子A：「ぼくたち、ハイキングに行ってきまーす！」

Son B: "See you!"

息子B：「じゃーね！」

Mommy: "Oh, wow. They are already that far. Being young is so nice."

ママ：「わあ、もうあんなに遠くに行っちゃった。若いっていいわね。」

Mrs. S: "Oh, my. A blogger climbs up a ladder and take photos."

Sさん：「すごいわね〜　ブロガーって、はしごに登って写真を撮るのね。」

Mr. J: "Thank you for taking photos of our sons from the ladder."

Jさん：「はしごから、息子たちの写真を撮ってくれてありがとう。」

Mommy: "Ha..."

ママ：「はっ‥‥」

Thanksgiving week in Las Vegas 2017 Part 1 〜ラスベガスでの感謝祭の週 2017年 パート１〜

Mommy: "We woke up when it's still dark this morning."

ママ：「今朝は、まだ暗いうちに起きた。」

Ehime: "It's like night time."

えひめ：「夜みたい。」

Kona: "Are you and daddy going out to work today, so we woke up early?"

コナ：「パパとママ、今日お仕事でお出かけするの？それでみんな早く起きたの？」

Mommy: "No. We'll all go out today."

ママ：「ううん。今日は、みんなでお出かけよ。」

Kona: "Yay! Going out by car♪"

コナ：「やった〜！車でお出かけ♪」

Ehime: "I wonder it means that we are going to In-N-Out."

えひめ：「しょれって、みんなでIn-N-Outに行くことかな。」

Daddy: "We are going away from our vineyard house for a little while."

パパ：「しばらく、ぶどう園の家から離れるぞ。」

During a road trip　ロードトリップの途中

Mommy: "We see the oil pump machines as usual."

ママ：「いつも通り、オイルを掘り出す機械が見える。」

Daddy: "And we see the wind turbines as well."

パパ：「そして、いつも通り風車発電も見える。」

Kahlua: "We dogs get treats on the road as usual♪"

カルア：「ぼくたち犬は、いつも通り道中おやつをもらう♪」

Kona: "I'm getting the idea where we are going."

コナ：「ぼく、どこに行くかわかってきたかも。」

Ehime: "Biscuits, please❤︎"

えひめ：「ビスケットお願い❤︎」

Mommy: "Are you guys OK putting your heads on the ice box?"

ママ：「ふたりとも、アイスボックスに頭を置くの、大丈夫？」

Kona: "No problem."

コナ：「大丈夫だよ。」

Ehime: "I'm using brother Kona as a pillow♪"

えひめ：「わたちは、コナにいを枕とちて使ってましゅから♪」

Daddy: "We are going into Nevada now."

パパ：「さあ、ネバダ州に入るぞ。」

Mommy: "I'm getting excited!"

ママ：「ワクワクするね！」

Ehime: "Ha! I know this place!"

えひめ：「はっ！わたち、この場所知ってる！」

Daddy: "Calm down, Ehime."

パパ：「落ち着け、えひめ。」

Mommy: "Don't jump out from the car."

ママ：「車から出ないでよ。」

Kona: "Oh! Chloe! My girl friend, Chloe!"

コナ：「あっ！クロエ！ぼくのガールフレンド、クロエ！」

Ehime: "Jack! We came to see you! Where are you!"

えひめ：「ジャックく〜ん！会いにきまちたよ〜！どこでしゅか〜！」

We arrived at Chloe's house in the evening. As we all know, Ehime's boyfriend, German Shepherd Jack was not there. We said hi to Jack's ash box and gave him a little new toy that we brought from California. 

夕方、クロエちゃんのおうちに到着しました。みなさんご存知の通り、えひめのボーイフレンド、ジャーマンシェパードのジャックくんはもういません。ジャックくんの遺灰に挨拶をして、カリフォルニアから持ってきた新しいおもちゃをお供えしました。

Ehime: "Jack is here."

えひめ：「ジャックくんは、ここにいましゅから。」

Chloe: "Can you see him, Ehime?"

クロエ：「えひめちゃん、見えるの？」

At the great Japanese restaurant　素晴らしい日本食レストランで

Chloe's & Henry's daddy: "Welcome back to Las Vegas♪"

クロエ＆ヘンリーのパパさん：「ラスベガスへおかえり♪」

Chloe's & Henry's mommy: "It has been a long time since we came to this Japanese restaurant."

クロエ＆ヘンリーのママさん：「この日本食レストランに来るのは、久しぶりね。」

Mommy: "This black cod reminds me of my mother's dish. I feel so homey."

ママ：「この銀ダラを見て、私の母親のお料理を思い出します。なつかしいわ。」

Daddy: "Let's eat now♪"

パパ：「さあ、食べよう♪」

The dog food these days 〜最近のドッグフード〜

Kona: "What is this?"

コナ：「これ、なに？」

Mommy: "This is the Lamb & Lentil dog food for Kahlua and Ehime. I ran out of their food, and it takes a few days until their regular food arrives. So daddy and I got this today."

ママ：「これはね、カルアくんとひめたん用のラム肉＆レンズ豆のドッグフードよ。ふたりのいつものごはんを切らしちゃって、到着するまで数日かかるからね。パパとママ、今日これを買ってきたの。」

Kahlua: "Is it my new food?"

カルア：「ぼくの新しいごはん？」

Kona: "I see the food is in the container. It smells good♪"

コナ：「コンテイナーにフードが入ってる。いいにおい♪」

Ehime: "Brother Kona, you should eat from the container. And that's my food!"

えひめ：「コナにい、コンテイナーから食べちゃダメでしゅよ。しょれからしょれは、わたちのごはんでしゅから！」

Mommy: "The dog food these days is amazing. This is the dog food that made of grass fed lamb, and no artificial preservatives used. No potatoes used, either. I have no complaining to use this as a substitute food for a little while."

ママ：「最近のドッグフードはすごいわね。これは、自然の草を食べて育った（大豆やコーンの飼料で太らされた動物ではない）ラム肉で作られたドッグフードで、人工の保存料は使われていないんだって。ポテトも使われていないって。少しの間の代わりのフードとして使うには、全く文句はないわ。」
