It's Kahlua who herds Kubota instead of livestock animals. 〜家畜動物の 代わりにクボタを追うカルア〜

Kahlua: "Invader, invader!"

カルア：「侵入者だ、侵入者だ！」

Kahlua: "Yaaaaaaaaa!!!!"

カルア：「やあああああ！！！！」

Kona: "So, where are you running to, Kahlua?"

コナ：「それでカルアくん、どこに向かって走ってるの？」

Kahlua: "Oops, this way."

カルア：「おっと、こっちだった。」

Daddy: "I'm going to open the gate, but don't run to the vineyard, OK?"

パパ：「ゲートを開けるけど、ぶどう園のほうに走って行くんじゃないよ。わかった？」

Kona: "OK."

コナ：「わかった。」

Ehime: "What did you bring, daddy?"

えひめ：「パパ、なにを持ってきたでしゅか？」

Daddy: "We bought the base rocks for the new patio. I'm dumping them here."

パパ：「新しいパティオへのベースの石を買ったんだ。ここに入れるから。」

Ehime: "Oh, well. It was not our treats."

えひめ：「なんだ。わたちたちのおやつじゃなかったでしゅか。」

Kona: "What? Treats?"

コナ：「えっ？おやつ？」

Mommy: "Ehime. You didn't go out from the gate and didn't run to the vineyard when daddy opened the gate."

ママ：「ひめたん、パパがゲートを開けたとき、ゲートから出てぶどう園に走って行かなかったね〜」

Ehime: "Of course. I'm a good girl♪"

えひめ：「もちろんでしゅよ。わたち、お利口しゃんでしゅから♪」

Kahlua: "Ehime was just scared of the sound of the Kubota utility car."

カルア：「えひめは、クボタ・ユーティリティーカーの音が怖かっただけでしょ。」

Ehime: "Th... th... th... that's not true..."

えひめ：「しょ‥‥　しょ‥‥　しょ‥‥　しょんなことないでしゅよ‥‥」

Daddy: "Honey! You've got to come with me! They are collecting cows using a horse on the neighbor's property!"

パパ：「ママ！ぼくと一緒に来て！ご近所さんの敷地で、馬を使って牛を集めてる！」

Mommy: "What!? I'm coming!"

ママ：「えっ！？行く！」

Mommy: "Oh, my gosh! That lady is opening her arms and blocking cows! How brave she is!"

ママ：「すごいよ！あの女性、腕を広げて牛たちをブロックしてる！なんて勇気があるの！」

Mommy: "Dogs are helping out to collect cows, too."

ママ：「犬も、牛たちを集める手伝いをしているのね。」

Daddy: "Those dogs are the herding dogs. They are bred for this. Kahlua could do the same if he was a little younger."

パパ：「あの犬たちは、家畜を群れに集める犬たちだからね。この仕事のためにブリードされたんだ。カルアだって、もうちょっと若ければ、同じことができたんだけどね。」

Kahlua: "What did you say about me?"

カルア：「ぼくが、なんだって？」

Mommy: "Nothing special."

ママ：「なんでもないよ〜」

Mommy: "Cows are going in the trailer."

ママ：「牛たちが、トレーラーに入っていく。」

Daddy: "That horse is encouraging the cows go to the right direction."

パパ：「あの馬が、牛たちが正しい方向に行くように促しているんだよ。」

Mommy: "You did a great job on collecting cows, Mr. Horse♪ Can I pet you?"

ママ：「馬さん、牛たちを集めるお仕事、素晴らしかったですよ♪　なでなでしてもいい？」

Mr. Horse: "If you have a carrot."

馬：「ニンジンをくれるなら。」

Plan has changed. Let's go for a walk♪ 〜予定変更。お散歩に行こう♪〜

Mommy: "It's been a long time since the last time we did work for the new patio."

ママ：「最後に新しいパティオのための仕事をしてから、だいぶ時間が経ってしまったわね。」

Kona: "I'm going to weed here while you are working for the new patio."

コナ：「ママたちが新しいパティオのお仕事をしている間、ぼく、ここで草むしりをしているよ。」

Kahlua: "I'm going to go pee-wee."

カルア：「ぼくはチッチ。」

Mommy: "Oh, gosh. The base rocks got harder because we left them on the ground so long. Let's flatten them with the hoe."

ママ：「あら、やだ。ベースの石を地面に置きっ放しにしていたから、硬くなっちゃった。くわで平らにしよう。」

Daddy: "I think we need more base rocks. We should get them at the store."

パパ：「ベースの石、もっと必要だな。お店で買ってこなくっちゃ。」

Ehime: "Are those rocks delicious?"

えひめ：「その石、おいちいでしゅか？」

Kahlua: "What's tasty?"

カルア：「なにが、おいしいって？」

Daddy: "They are now flattened. There is nothing more for us to do now."

パパ：「石、平らにできた。これ以上、今できることはないな。」

Mommy: "Then, why don't we go for a walk?"

ママ：「じゃあ、お散歩に行くのはどう？」

Kona: "Ehime, we are going for a walk."

コナ：「ひめたん、お散歩だって。」

Ehime: "Then, please leave me, brother Kona."

えひめ：「じゃあ、コナにい、離ちてくだしゃい。」

Kahlua: "There are cows in the neighbor's property."

カルア：「ご近所さんの敷地に牛がいる。」

Daddy: "They brought 20 young cows to let them eat the grass."

パパ：「草を食べさせるために、20頭の若い牛を連れてきたんだ。」

Ehime: "They are cute cows♪"

えひめ：「かわいい牛しゃんたちでしゅね♪」

Mommy: "I agree♪"

ママ：「ホントね〜♪」

Daddy: "Let's go up on the hill."

パパ：「さあ、丘を登ろう。」

Kona: "I feel very warm..."

コナ：「なんだかとっても暑い‥‥」

Mommy: "It's going up to around 84F today."

ママ：「今日は、だいたい29℃くらいまで上がるんだって。」

Kahlua: "Happy, Joy & Cheer are not here."

カルア：「ハッピーちゃんとジョイくんとチアちゃん、いないね〜」

Daddy: "I guess they are near the feeder. It's almost their dinner time."

パパ：「きっと餌入れの近くにいるんだよ。もうすぐ牛たちのごはんの時間だからね。」

Kona: "We are up on the hill♪"

コナ：「丘の頂上に到着♪」

We went back home. I decided to wash off the sand from doggies' body.

家に帰りました。犬たちの体から、砂を洗い落とすことにしました。

Kona: "The water is delicious♪"

コナ：「お水、おいしい♪」

Ehime: "Awww, brother Kona. Please don't splash the water to me."

えひめ：「あううう、コナにい。わたちのほうに、お水を飛ばさないでくだしゃいよ〜」

Kahlua: "Umm... Why do you need to wash me? I didn't roll over on the ground."

カルア：「えっと‥‥　なんでぼくも洗うのかな。ぼく、地面でゴロゴロしなかったけど。」

Mommy: "That's because you are here♪"

ママ：「まあ、カルアくんもここにいるからね♪」

At Happy's foster mommy's place　ハッピーの里親ママさんのところで

Happy's foster mommy: "Some years ago, I found this deer horn in the field."

ハッピーの里親ママさん：「何年か前、原っぱでシカのツノを見つけたの。」

Mommy: "Wow, that's amazing! How did the deer drop it???"

ママ：「わあ、すごい！シカさん、どうやってツノを落としたのかしら？？？」

Relish tastes similar to Japanese sweet pickles!? 〜レリッシュは、日本の 甘酢漬けと味が似ている！？〜

Yesterday　昨日

Mommy: "Cucumbers and onions are chopped finely."

ママ：「きゅうりと玉ねぎ、細かく切れた。」

Mommy: "Let's leave them mixed with a little amount of salt in the fridge for three hours."

ママ：「少量のお塩と混ぜて、冷蔵庫で３時間置いておこう。」

Kona: "Relish is not for doggies."

コナ：「レリッシュは、犬用じゃないな。」

Ehime: "Relish is the topping for a hotdog and a hamburger, right? Why do people like the vinegary stuff?"

えひめ：「レリッシュって、ホットドッグとかハンバーガーのトッピングにしゅるあれでしょう？人間って、どうちてお酢のものが好きなんでしゅかね〜」

3 hours later　３時間後

Mommy: "After squeezing the cucumbers & onions, it became only a handful." 

ママ：「きゅうりと玉ねぎをしぼったら、たった一握りほどになってしまった。」

Mommy: "Let's put the veggies in the mixture of vinegar, sugar and salt."

ママ：「お野菜を、お酢とお砂糖とお塩の中に入れよう。」

Mommy: "Normally there are dogs in the kitchen, but I guess they don't like the smell of the vinegar."

ママ：「いつもなら犬たちはキッチンにいるのに、やっぱりお酢のにおいがイヤなのかしらね〜」

Mommy: "Let's see... I guess I need to cook a little longer."

ママ：「そうね‥‥　もうちょっとだけ火にかけておこう。」

Mommy: "Mmm? Did you come to the kitchen, Ehime?"

ママ：「ん？ひめたん、キッチンに来たの？」

Ehime: "Of course."

えひめ：「もちろんでしゅよ。」

Ehime: "When the glass jar is coming out from the shelf, it normally means that you or daddy are getting the ice cubes."

えひめ：「だって、グラスのジャーが棚から出てくるときは、たいていママかパパが、氷を出すときでしゅから。」

Mommy: "Not today. I'm putting relish in it. But I can give you an ice cube if you want."

ママ：「今日は違うの。レリッシュを入れるから。でも欲しかったら、氷ひとつ、あげるよ。」

Mommy: "Relish is done♪ I think we are going to have this with the grilled veggies & the sausages that our neighbor made for dinner tonight."

ママ：「レリッシュ、完成♪　今夜はこれと、グリルド野菜＆ご近所さんが作ったソーセージを晩ごはんにして食べよう。」

Kona: "Can we go play outside now?"

コナ：「お外で遊んでもいい？」

Mommy: "OK. Let's go."

ママ：「そうね。行こう。」

Ehime: "He he he♪ I'm playing with brother Kahlua."

えひめ：「で〜へ〜へ〜♪　カルアにいと遊んでましゅよ〜」

Kahlua: "Put your butt down, too!"

カルア：「おしりも下ろして！」

Ehime: "Oh, mommy."

えひめ：「あっ、ママ。」

Kahlua: "She has been there for five minutes."

カルア：「もう５分も前からあそこにいるけど？」

Ehime: "Mommyyyyyy!!!!"

えひめ：「ママ〜〜〜〜！！！」

Mommy: "Wow, Ehime!!! You know how to stop, don't you!!??"

ママ：「わあ、ひめたん！！！止まり方、知ってるよね！！？？」

Ehime: "Yaaaaaaaa!!!"

えひめ：「やあああああ！！！」

Kona: "Yaaaaaaaa!!!"

えひめ：「やあああああ！！！」

Mommy: "Why do you Goldens always get so dirty?"

ママ：「どうしてゴールデンズは、いつもそんなにドロドロになるのかしらね〜？」

Kona: "Thank you for washing me."

コナ：「洗ってくれて、ありがと。」

Daddy: "Relish is a little sweeter than the store-bought bottle of relish. This goes well with the spicy sausage. I like it♪"

パパ：「レリッシュは、お店で買うボトルのレリッシュより甘めだな。これ、スパイシーなソーセージとよく合うよ。気に入った♪」

Mommy: "I'm glad you like it."

ママ：「気に入ってくれて、よかったわ〜」

Today　今日

Mommy: "Using the leftovers, I made sushi for lunch. Salmon sushi has green shiso leaves from our vegetable garden, and the sausage sushi has a little bit of relish in it."

ママ：「残り物を使って、ランチにお寿司を作ったよ。サーモンのお寿司は、我が家の畑で収穫した青しそが入っていて、ソーセージのお寿司はちょっとだけレリッシュも入ってるの。」

Daddy: "I wonder if you are going to make peanut butter & jelly sushi in the future."

パパ：「ママ、そのうち、ピーナッツバター＆ジェリーのお寿司とかも作るようになるのかな。」

Kona: "While you two are eating lunch, I'll be taking nap with Kahlua♪"

コナ：「パパたちがランチを食べている間、ぼく、カルアくんとお昼寝してるね♪」
