According to the local news, the highest temperature in Las Vegas this weekend is 117F, and lowest 92F.

地元のニュースによると、今週末のラスベガスの最高気温は華氏117F、最低気温は華氏92F。

Daddy: "I'm so sorry, honey. But I think it's too hot to grill outside today."

パパ：「ママ、ごめんね。でも今日は、外でグリルするには暑すぎるよ。」

Ehime: "What are you going to do with the turkey meatballs, mommy? You were going to ask daddy to grill, right?"

えひめ：「ママ、しょのターキーミートボール、どうしゅるでしゅか？パパにグリルちてもらう予定だったんでしゅよね？」

Kona: "He he♪ It' my turn to help you, isn't it?"

コナ：「でへへ♪　いよいよぼくの出番がやってきたようだね。」

Mommy: "It's not."

ママ：「違います。」

Mommy: "It's OK. I have Plan B." We can bake them in the oven. Although, the house might get a little warm."

ママ：「大丈夫。プランBがあるから。オーブンで焼けばいいのよ。でも家の中、ちょっと暑くなるかな。」

Mommy: "Let's eat, darling♪"

ママ：「さあ、パパ、食べましょ♪」

Daddy: "Mmm, delicious! I don't know what's in the turkey meatballs, but they taste great♪ The ginger and garlic sauce is amazing, too."

パパ：「ん〜、おいしい！ターキーミートボールの中に何が入っているのかわからないけれど、すっごくおいしいよ♪　しょうがとガーリックのソースもいいね〜」

After the sun went down...　日が暮れてから‥‥

Daddy: "Let's enjoy night-time-swimming♪"

パパ：「さあ、夜のスイミングを楽しもう♪」

Ehime: "Daddy, I give you chu chu♥"

えひめ：「パパ、チュッチュちてあげる♥」

Daddy: "Thank you."

パパ：「ありがと。」

Ehime: "Daddy, I give you a shower♥"

えひめ：「パパ、シャワーちてあげる♥」

Splash!　バシャッ！

Daddy: "No, thank you."

パパ：「それは結構です。」

Ehime: "Phew, this feels wonderful♪ I may be addicted to the night-time-swimming. Fu fu♪"

えひめ：「ふう、これ、サイコー♪　夜のスイミング、クセになるかも。うふ♪」

Mommy: "Let's clean your ears."

ママ：「さあ、耳掃除しましょうね。」

Ehime: "Awww, I don't like that much..."

えひめ：「あうう、しょれ、あんまり好きじゃないんでしゅよね‥‥」

Kona: "Mommy, where are you going?"

コナ：「ママ、どこ行くの？」

Mommy: "Nowhere."

ママ：「えっ、どこにも。」

Kona: "If you go too far from me, I may have to come and rescue you again."

コナ：「それ以上ぼくから離れたら、またママの救出に行っちゃうよ。」

Mommy: "I know what it means. "sink", right?"

ママ：「知ってる。”沈めるよ”ってことでしょ？」

Daddy joined us after work.

仕事が終わったパパが、やって来ました。

Kona: "Daddyyyy♥ I missed you."

コナ：「パパ〜〜〜♥　パパがいなくてさびしかったよ。」

Kona: "Can we do 'Dancing with Goldens♪' again?"

コナ：「ねえ、また”ダンシング ウィズ ゴールデンズ♪"、しようよ。」

Daddy: "OK"　パパ：「いいよ。」

Ehime: "Ahhhh! I still can't do well!!!"

えひめ：「ああ、もう！わたち、まだ上手にできない！！！」

Kona: "Mommy? Can I practice my jump?"

コナ：「ママ？ぼく、ジャンプの練習したいんだけど。」

Mommy: "Go ahead."

ママ：「どうぞ。」

Kona: "Dadddyyyyy♥♥♥"

コナ：「パパ〜〜〜♥♥♥」

Daddy: "Wow, Kona, stop!!!"

パパ：「あああ、コナ、ストップ！！！」

Kona: "Can't."

コナ：「ムリ。」

Daddy: "Kona, you scared me. You just go get a toy this time, OK?"

パパ：「もう、コナってば。パパ、ビックリしたよ。今度はちゃんとおもちゃを取ってくるんだよ。わかった？」

Daddy: "Go!"

パパ：「はい、行って！」

Kona: "Daddyyyy♥♥♥"

コナ：「パパ〜〜〜♥♥♥」

Daddy: "Oh, no... here comes Kona again..."

パパ：「なんてこった‥‥　またコナだ‥‥」

Daddy: "OK. I know what I have to do. Come into my arms, Kona!"

Come on, everyone! It's pool time♪ 〜プールだよ♪ 全員集合！〜

Ehime's ear is better! Six days after we prohibited Ehime from the swimming pool, we finally decided to let the dogs back in the water... including me.

えひめの耳、良くなりました！プール禁止令をえひめに出してから６日、私たちは犬たちをお水に戻すことにしました。‥‥私も一緒に。

Kona: "Mommy! I'm coming in, too!" 

コナ：「ママ〜！ぼくも入るよ〜！」

Bazaaaaan!

バッザーーーーン！

Mommy: "Ah! You scared me!"　ママ：「ああ！ビックリした！」

Ehime: "Mommy! I'm coming in, too!" 

えひめ：「ママ〜！わたちも入りましゅよ〜！」

Mommy: "Did you just fall off, Ehime?"

ママ：「ひめたん、もしかして今落ちた？」

Mommy: "I throw the ball. You two get it, OK?"

ママ：「このボール投げるからね。取ってくるんだよ？」

Goldens: "OK!"　ゴールデンズ：「わかった！」

Mommy: "Ready..... Go!"

ママ：「準備はいいかな‥‥　はい、行って！」

Bazaaaaan!

バッザーーーン！

Ehime: "Ahhh! Brother Kona! Wait for me!!!"

えひめ：「あああ！コナにい！待って下しゃいよ！！！」

Kona: "Fu fu♪ This is mine. "

コナ：「ふふ♪　これはぼくのもの。」

Ehime: "AAAAAAHHHHHH!!!"

えひめ：「ああああああああああ！！！」

Ehime: "DDDDDDAAAAAAA!!!"

えひめ：「だだだだだだだだだだ！！！」

Kona: "Mmm, she's so excited."

コナ：「ん〜、ひめたん、興奮してるな。」

Mommy: "Um... Kona? You are kind of... very close..."

ママ：「あの‥‥　コナくん？ちょっと‥‥　近すぎない‥‥？」

Kona: "Really? I just want to make sure if you are OK. Let me lick you." (lick)

コナ：「え、そう？ママが大丈夫だってちゃんと見届けたいんだよ。なんならなめてあげるけど？」（ベロッ）

Mommy: "Ahh! I'm completely fine!!!"

ママ：「あああ！ママなら全然大丈夫です！」

Kahlua: "I'm here, too, mommy♪"

カルア：「ママ〜、ぼくもいるからね♪」

えひめ：「ニュース、ニュース！テレビでニュース速報やってましゅよ！」

Daddy: "Ah! Don't put your paw on the counter, Ehime!"

パパ：「あっ！カウンターの上に足を乗せちゃダメ、えひめ！」

Ehime: "Mommy! News, news! Breaking news on TV!"

えひめ：「ママ〜！ニュース、ニュース！テレビでニュース速報やってましゅよ！」

Mommy: "I heard you."

ママ：「聞こえてるよ。」

Kona: "What happened, daddy?"

コナ：「ねえ、パパ、どうしたの？」

Daddy: "The U.S.Supreme Court said that gay couples should have the same rights we all have. It means they can inherit the partners' fortune when they die. So far, the federal law didn't give that right to gay couples."

パパ：「アメリカの最高裁がね、同性愛者のカップルにも、他の夫婦と同じ権利を与えるべきだって言ったんだよ。つまり、パートナーが亡くなった場合、その人の財産を相続できるようになるんだ。今までは、連邦の法律が、同性愛者のカップルにその権利を与えていなかったんだよ。」

Kona: "What!? Does it mean I can inherit your socks if you and I were a gay couple???"

コナ：「えっ！？それって、ぼくとパパが同性愛者のカップルだったら、ぼくがパパのくつ下を相続できるってこと？？？」

Daddy: "Well... First, I'm married to your mommy already. Second, what are you going to do with Chloe?"

パパ：「えっと‥‥　まず第一に、パパはコナのママと結婚しています。第二に、クロエちゃんはどうするの？」

Kona: "Oh, that's right."

コナ：「あ、そうだった。」

Ehime: "So, daddy? Gay couples means the same sex people, right? Don't they have any children?"

えひめ：「で、パパ？同性愛者のカップルってことは、同じ性別の人たちってことでしゅよね？子供はいないんでしゅか？」

Daddy: "There are actually many gay couples raise children. I don't know how many, but I heard there are many. We should think about protecting their rights."

パパ：「実はね、たくさんの同性愛者カップルが、子育てをしているんだよ。どれくらいたくさんかはわからないけれど、たくさんいるって聞いたことがある。その子供たちの権利を守ることも考えなきゃいけないよね。」

Ehime: "Did you really understand the breaking news, brother Kona?"

えひめ：「コナにい、ニュース速報の内容、ちゃんとわかりまちたか？」

Kona: "I ask the same to you, Ehime."

コナ：「ひめたんこそわかった？」

Ehime: "By the way, daddy? In the future, I want to get married to someone like you."

えひめ：「ところでパパ？わたちね、将来は、パパみたいなひとと結婚ちたいでしゅよ。」

Daddy: "Oh, really♪ You are such a sweetheart♥"

パパ：「そうか、そうか♪　えひめはなんてかわいい娘なんだろね〜♥」

Ehime: "So, daddy? When you BBQ the steak next time, can you let me eat some behind mommy?"

えひめ：「だからね、パパ？今度ステーキのバーバキューをちたときには、ママに内緒でこそっとわたちに食べさせてくれましぇんか？」

Daddy: "Of course, I can♪"　パパ：「もちろんだよ♪」

Mommy: "I can hear you!"　ママ：「聞こえてるよ！」
