We are all doing well. 〜みんな元気でやってます〜

It has been a while since we came back from Las Vegas, but we are all doing well. We saw a note from the post office and it said that there is a package that we need to pick up. So I went to the post office, and it was from Japan!

ラスベガスから帰ってきてしばらく経ちますが、みんな元気でやってます。郵便局からのメモが入っていて、受け取り必要な小包があると書いてあったので、郵便局に行ってきました。日本からでした！

Kona: "This may smell like dogs."

コナ：「犬のにおいがするかも。」

Mommy: "Maybe the Golden Retriever, Ren's smell. Her mother sent a package to us."

ママ：「ゴールデンレトリバーの蓮ちゃんのにおいかもね。蓮ちゃんの母上様が送ってくださったから。」

Mommy: "This is the supplement for Kahlua. How nice of her."

ママ：「これは、カルアくん用のサプリメント。やさしいわね〜」

Ehime: "And what are they?"

えひめ：「で、他のは？」

Mommy: "They are the treasures for me❤︎"

ママ：「ママの宝物❤︎」

Mommy: "This is for humans, but I saw some snacks and seaweed for you, dogs in the package."

ママ：「これは人間用だけれど、パッケージに犬たち用のおやつやワカメもあったよ。」

Ehime: "Ren's mommy. Thank you so much❤︎"

えひめ：「蓮ちゃんの母上様。ありがとうございまちた❤︎」

As a winery, we have started to sell holiday wine packages with chocolates. These chocolates with organic cherry and California grown almond are just made in Wine Country, Sonoma.

ワイナリーとしては、チョコレートの入ったホリデーワインパッケージの販売を始めました。オーガニックのチェリーやカリフォルニア州で栽培されたアーモンドを使ったこのチョコレートは、ワインカントリー・ソノマで作られたばかりです。

Daddy: "Let's hope we can sell these holiday packages well."

パパ：「ホリデーパッケージ、売れますように。」

We also went to taste the wine that we made from the grapes we harvested this year. 

今年私たちが収穫したぶどうで作ったワインのテイスティングにも行きました。

Daddy: "This is Viognier that you are looking forward to."

パパ：「これは、ママが楽しみにしているヴィオニエだよ。」

Mommy: "Wow! It's already delicious!"

ママ：「わあ！もうすでにおいしい！」

Then, as you know, we bought a five month-old horse. This picture below is her father. He is professionally trained for the show.

それからご存知のように、生まれて５ヶ月の馬を購入しました。下の写真は、そのお父さんです。ショーに向けて、本格的なトレーニングを受けた馬です。

Hana: "I'll do my best."

ハナ：「私もがんばります。」

At home, we put our Christmas tree out.

家では、クリスマスツリーを出しました。

Daddy: "Putting the star on top of the tree is my job♪"

パパ：「ツリーの上に星を置くのは、ぼくの仕事だ♪」

Daddy: "And let's decorate Ehime with a ball♪"

パパ：「それから、えひめをちょっとボールで飾ってみよう♪」

Ehime: "?"

えひめ：「？」

Ehime: "How do I look like?"

えひめ：「どうでしゅか？」

Daddy: "Unexpectedly, you look great."

パパ：「意外に似合うなあ。」

Kahlua: "I'll stay away that kind of stuff."

カルア：「ぼくは、そういうのからは遠ざかることにしています。」

And one more thing that we shouldn't forget. Our calf, Serene turned one year old on December 1st! I guess he is not a calf anymore. 

もうひとつ、忘れてはいけないことがあります。我が家の子牛、セリーンが、12月1日で1歳になりました！もう子牛ではないですね。

Mommy: "Happy Birthday, Serene♪ Umm... Why do you look so messy?"

ママ：「セリーンくん、お誕生日おめでとう♪　あの、どうしてそんなに散らかった格好なの？」

Serene: "Oh, this?"

セリーン：「ああ、これ？」

Serene: "I show you how to eat the hay in the tasty way. First, put your face in the flake like this."

セリーン：「干し草のおいしい食べ方を教えてあげる。まず、こうやってかたまりに顔を突っ込むでしょ。」

Serene: "And you suddenly get your face out from the flake and say 'Haaaaa!!! Delicious♪', Just like humans drink beer. Do you understand?"

セリーン：「で、突然かたまりから顔を出して、”ぷは〜！！！うんまい♪”って言うんだ。人間がビールを飲むみたいに。わかる？」

Happy: "I wonder who taught him such a thing."

ハッピー：「そんなこと、誰が教えたのかしらね〜」

Mommy: "I can't think of any others except you."

ママ：「ハッピーちゃん以外に、誰も思いつかないんだけど。」
