Getting in the car 〜車に乗って〜

Yesterday　昨日

Mommy: "The sun is going down."

ママ：「日が暮れるわ。」

Kahlua: "Mommy and daddy are going to pour wines at the local hotel tonight, right?"

カルア：「パパとママ、今夜地元のホテルで、ワインテイスティングをするんでしょう？」

Kona: "I'm going to miss you."

コナ：「さびしくなるなあ。」

Ehime: "I'm going to watch TV while they are gone."

えひめ：「パパとママがいない間、わたち、テレビ見てようっと。」

At the local hotel　地元のホテルで

Mommy: "Let's work hard, darling."

ママ：「パパ、一生懸命働きましょうね。」

Daddy: "I hope there are many people coming to taste our wines."

パパ：「ぼくたちのワインのテイスティングに、たくさんの人たちが来てくれるといいな。」

Today　今日

Daddy: "Hee, hee, hee. We are going to In-N-Out for lunch♪"

パパ：「ウッシッシ。ランチは、In-N-Outだ〜♪」

Kona: "We didn't come to In-N-Out for a long time, did we?"

コナ：「In-N-Out、長い間来なかったよね？」

Mommy: "Actually, daddy and mommy sometimes came to eat without you when we had to deliver the wines to UPS."

ママ：「実はね、パパとママ、ワインをUPSに配達しなければいけなかったときなどに、ときどき食べに来たのよ。コナくんたちはいなかったけれど。」

Ehime: "Oh, you two had a business meeting named 'a date'."

えひめ：「ああ、デートという名のビジネスミーティングでしゅね。」

Kona: "I see."

コナ：「なるほど。」

Daddy: "In-N-Out has such a small menu, but this place is so popular."

パパ：「In-N-Outのメニューは少ないけれど、とっても人気があるんだよね。」

Mommy: "Because they don't use any chemicals for their food. Chopping the potatoes and frying them every day is much better than using the frozen potatoes with many chemicals."

ママ：「だって、ここの食べ物には一切化学薬品が使われていないんだもの。毎日ちゃんとジャガイモを切って揚げるのは、たくさんの化学薬品が使われた冷凍ポテトを使うより、よっぽどいいわ。」

Mommy: "And, how much was the total?"

ママ：「で、合計金額はいくらだったかな？」

Daddy: "Let's dig in♪ Yours has grilled onions."

パパ：「さあ、食べよう♪　ママのは、グリルしたオニオンが入ってるからね。」

Mommy: "Thank you."

ママ：「ありがと。」

Kona: "We should take a nap using this time, Ehime."

コナ：「この時間を利用して、お昼寝をしよう、ひめたん。」

Ehime: "I was already asleep."

えひめ：「わたち、もう寝てまちた。」

On the way home　家に帰る途中

Daddy: "Because we don't get any rain, our dirt road to home is pretty rough right now."

パパ：「雨が降らないから、家までの未舗装の道が、かなりガタガタだなあ。」

Ehime: "I'm awake now, because I thought it was an earthquake."

えひめ：「地震が来たかと思って、目が覚めまちた。」

Mommy: "We are home♪"

ママ：「さあ、到着よ♪」
