Red wax 〜赤いワックス〜

Ehime: "What? Red cheese?"

えひめ：「えっ？赤いチーズ？」

Mommy: "Not the red cheese. The cheese wrapped by red wax."

ママ：「赤いチーズじゃなくて、赤いワックスを巻いたチーズよ。」

Daddy: "We have to watch the temperature when we melt the wax.”

パパ：「ワックスを溶かす時には、温度に気をつけなければいけないんだ。」

Kahlua: "If you wrap the cheese with the red wax, how do we eat the cheese?"

カルア：「チーズを赤いワックスで巻いちゃったら、ぼくたち、どうやってチーズを食べるの？」

Mommy: "We?"

ママ：「ぼくたち？」

Mommy: "We use the red wax to store the cheese in good condition for several months. First, I'm going to clean the Gouda cheese with salt water."

ママ：「何ヶ月もいいコンディションでチーズを保存するために、赤いワックスを使うのよ。まず、ゴーダチーズを塩水できれいにしよう。」

Daddy: "Now, let's brush the red wax on the Gouda cheese."

パパ：「さあ、ゴーダチーズに赤いワックスをブラシで塗ろう。」

Kona: "Just a little question. Why does the cheese have the weird shape?"

コナ：「小さな質問。どうしてそのチーズ、変な形をしているの？」

Kahlua: "Shhhhh!!! Kona, that's a delicate topic. I saw the water bowl that they were using as a weight to put on the cheese, and it fell down and made the flood in the kitchen. But I shouldn't talk about it."

カルア：「しーーーーっ！！！コナ、それはデリケートなトピックなんだよ。チーズの上に重しとして使っていたお水のボールが倒れて、キッチンが大洪水になったなんて、とてもぼくには言えないよ。」

Kona: "...... Didn't you spill out everything?"

コナ：「‥‥カルアくん、全部漏らしてない？」 

Daddy: "We did it!"

パパ：「できた！」

Mommy: "Our first Gouda cheese making with the red wax♪"

ママ：「初めての赤いワックスを巻いたゴーダチーズ作り♪」

Ehime: "Are you storing it in the ice box?"

えひめ：「アイスボックスで保存しゅるでしゅか？」

Daddy: "Yes."

パパ：「うん。」

Daddy: "In this way, the cheese won't get too cold and too warm, and the temperature will be perfect to store the cheese."

パパ：「この方法だと、チーズが冷たくも暖かくもならず、保存するのにパーフェストな温度になるんだよ。」

Mommy: "I'll change the ice pack every 12 hours."

ママ：「12時間ごとに保冷剤を変えるわね。」
