One week project! Say "Gouda cheese♪" 〜１週間プロジェクト！はい「ゴーダチーズ♪」〜

Kona: "This is the milk mommy squeezed Happy's teats in the last two weeks."

ママ：「あれ、２週間ハッピーちゃんのお乳をしぼったミルクなんだって。」

Ehime: "Did you just save the milk?"

えひめ：「ミルク、保存ちてたでしゅか？」

Mommy: "In the fridge after I pasteurized it."

ママ：「低温殺菌してから、冷蔵庫でね。」

Daddy: "We are not wasting even a drop."

パパ：「一滴もムダにはしないよ。」

Mommy: "Thank you, Happy♪"

ママ：「ハッピーちゃん、ありがとう♪」

Happy: "Did anyone call me?"

ハッピー：「呼んだ？」

Daddy: "After adding rennet & calcium chloride in the milk and stirring for a while, it separated into two different things."

パパ：「レンネットや塩化カルシウムをミルクに入れてしばらく混ぜてたら、二つに別れてきたよ。」

Mommy: "One is the liquid and the other one is something like Tofu."

ママ：「ひとつは液体で、もうひとつはお豆腐みたいなのね。」

Daddy: "Now, let's put it in the mold."

パパ：「さあ、型に入れよう。」

Daddy: "It looks a little leaning, but I think the the bowl with the water inside is good as a weight to push the cheese in the mold."

パパ：「ちょっと傾いているけれど、お水を入れたボールは、型にチーズを押し込むのにいい重しになるよ。」

Mommy: "Let's read the instruction again. Well..."

ママ：「作り方をもう一度読んでみましょ。えっと‥‥」

Kahlua: "That's leaning a lot. Please watch out. Oh!!!"

カルア：「それ、すごく傾いてるよ。気をつけて。あっ！！！」

The bowl fell down and we had a flood in the kitchen...

ボールは倒れ、キッチンは大洪水になりました‥‥

Daddy: "Stay, cheese! OK?"

パパ：「チーズ、ステイ！　いいな？」

Kona: "Daddy is talking to cheese like he talks to dogs."

コナ：「パパ、犬に言うみたいにチーズに言ってるよ。」

Next morning　次の日の朝

Ehime: "Do I smell something, daddy?"

えひめ：「パパ、なんかにおう？」

Daddy: "It's not me."

パパ：「パパじゃないよ。」

Daddy: "This one. Cheese."

パパ：「これ。チーズだよ。」

Ehime: "Oh, it has the cheese shape already."

えひめ：「あ、もうチーズの形になってる。」

Daddy: "Now the cheese is going to take the salt bath for 24 hours. We are going to dry it for three days after that."

パパ：「今からチーズは24時間、塩のお風呂に入るんだよ。その後は3日間、乾燥させるんだ。」

Mommy: "And we are going to put the red wax around, like the cheese you see in Switzerland. Then, we are going to store it for 2-6 months."

ママ：「それから周りに赤いワックスをつけるのよ。スイスにあるようなチーズみたいにね。その後２−６ヶ月保存するの。」

Ehime: "I can't wait that long!"

えひめ：「しょんなに待てない！」
