Grapes are amazing. 〜ぶどうってすごい〜

 

Mommy: "These grapes are Cabernet Sauvignon. 85-90% of grapes have changed the color."

ママ：「このぶどうは、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン。85-90％のぶどうの色が変わってる。」

Mommy: "These are Petite Sirah. They are growing gorgeously."

ママ：「こっちはペティートシラー。ゴージャスに育ってるわね〜」

Makana: "Well, I'm sure those grapes are gorgeous, but we the dogs cannot eat them."

マカナ：「まあ、そのぶどうはゴージャスだと思うけれど、ぼくたち犬は、食べられないからねえ。」

Sachi: "That's right. We are not interested in today's topic at all."

さち：「しょうでしゅよ。今日のトピックには、まったく興味がない。」

Mommy: "You say so, but your tail is moving up & down again."

ママ：「そのわりには、しっぽがまたパタパタしてるよ。」

Before we worked in the wine industry, I always thought sake would be the perfect pairing for rice dish. I still think sake is great, but I learned chilled Grenache Blanc makes a wonderful pairing with the Hawaiian dish with Kalua pork. Delicious♪

ワイン業界で働く前は、ずっとごはんものにはお酒がパーフェクトなペアリングだと思っていました。いまもお酒はいいと思っていますが、冷えたグルナッシュブランが、カルアポークのハワイアンディッシュには、素晴らしいペアリングになると学びました。おいしい♪
