Our 5-year-project 〜5年がかりのプロジェクト〜

Our 5-year-project has completed! 

私たちの5年がかりのプロジェクトが完結しました！

For this Cabernet Sauvignon, we cleaned the hillside area, put in the irrigation system, planted the vines, waited three years to harvest the fruit, blended two years later, and finally bottled yesterday. What a big project! 

このカベルネソーヴィニヨンは、私たちが坂のエリアをきれいにして、灌漑用水のシステムを設置し、ぶどうの木を植え、3年待って果実を収穫し、その2年後にブレンドし、昨日ようやくボトリングしました。なんて壮大なプロジェクト！

We call 100% Estate Cabernet Sauvignon as Ken's Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. And the wine that was blended with Merlot, we call it Hana's Blend. As you know, Hana & Ken are our adorable Arabian horses. Please check out all photos below. 

100％エステイト・カベルネソーヴィニヨンは、ケンズ・エステイト・カベルネソーヴィニヨンと名付けました。メルローとブレンドしたあものは、ハナズ・ブレンドです。ご存知の通り、ハナとケンは、私たちのかわいいアラブ馬です。以下の写真、ご覧ください。

Sachi: "I have a question. I believe Ken was born after I was born. When am I going to be on the wine label?"

さち：「質問があるんだけど。ケンくんは確か、わたちのあとに生まれたと思うんだけど、わたちはいつワインラベルになるんでしゅか？」

Mommy: "Well... for that question, I'll get back to you after a company meeting."

ママ：「えっと‥‥ その件に関しては、社内ミーティングで検討してからお知らせさせていただきます。」
