A birthday celebration 〜お誕生日のお祝い〜

 

Makana: "Excuse me, Ms. D. I have something to tell you."

マカナ：「すみませーん、Dさん。お話ししたいことがあるんだけど。」

Sachi: "Me, too!"

さち：「わたちも〜！」

Ms. D: "What is it?"

Dさん：「なに？」

Makana: "Well, I turned three years old today."

マカナ：「あのね、今日ぼく、3歳になったの。」

Sachi: "And I'm turning seven months old tomorrow."

さち：「で、わたちは明日、生まれて７ヶ月になるの。」

Ms. D: "I don't think we normally celebrate seven months old birthday, Sachi."

Dさん：「７ヶ月のお誕生日はふつう、お祝いしないと思うよ、さっちゃん。」

On the way back home　家に帰る途中

Daddy: "Oh, my! This is the third time that deer crossed in front of the car in the last 20 min."

パパ：「わあ、車の前で横切ったシカたち、ここ20分で3度目だな。」

Mommy: "I guess we are not the only ones who are excited for a harvesting season." 

ママ：「収穫シーズンに向けてワクワクしているのは、私たちだけじゃないのね。」
