Osechi day 〜おせちの日〜

New Years Day　お正月

Mommy: "Happy New Year, darling♪"

ママ：「あけましておめでとう、パパ♪」

Daddy: "Happy New Year, honey. Another year that we eat osechi together."

パパ：「あけましておめでとう、ママ。また一緒におせちを食べる年がやって来たね。」

Mommy: "It's more like sushi than osechi, but I enjoy this with you every year."

ママ：「おせちというよりはおすしだけれど、毎年パパと一緒に食べるのが楽しいのよ。」

Daddy: "Me, too."

パパ：「ぼくも。」

Daddy: "Mochi this year is very soft."

パパ：「今年のおもちは、やわらかいね〜」

Mommy: "They are delicious, aren't they? But when we make Daifuku mochi next week, I'm going to make it a little firmer."

ママ：「おいしいでしょう？　でも、来週大福餅を作るときは、もうちょっと固めに作るわね。」

January 2　１月２日

Ehime: "I don't see any osechi things in my breakfast."

えひめ：「わたちの朝ごはんに、おせちのものが何も入ってないでしゅけど。」

 

Makana: "Neither do I. Did mommy & daddy eat up all the osechi by themselves?"

マカナ：「ぼくのにも入ってない。パパとママ、ふたりで全部、おせちを食べちゃったのかな？」
