Dog food that is not growing on the tree 〜木で育たないドッグフード〜

Mommy: "Petite Sirah vines are beautifully growing."

ママ：「ペティートシラーのぶどうの木が、きれいに育ってる。」

Mommy: "Fluffy soil and healthy grape vines. This is so exciting, isn't it?"

ママ：「ふわふわの土に健康なぶどうの木。こういうの、ワクワクするよね〜」

Makana: "Not really."

マカナ：「別に。」

Mommy: "What!?"

ママ：「えっ！？」

Makana: "Dogs should not eat grapes. Why should I get excited?"

マカナ：「犬は、ぶどうを食べちゃいけないんだよ。なんでワクワクするのさ。」

Ehime: "I completely agree with you. I've been telling mommy & daddy that we should become apple growers, not grape growers."

えひめ：「まったく同感。わたちはずっとパパとママに、ぶどう栽培者じゃなくて、りんご栽培者になるべきだって言ってるんでしゅけどね〜」

Makana: "I think we should become lamb & rice dog food growers."

マカナ：「ぼくは、ラム＆ライス・ドッグフード栽培者になるべきだって思うけどね。」

Ehime: "Ma-kun. Dog food is not growing on the tree."

えひめ：「マーくん。ドッグフードは、木で育つものじゃないんでしゅよ。」

Makana: "What? Where do they grow then?"

マカナ：「えっ？　じゃあ、どこで育つの？」

Mommy: "More like 'made in the factory' than 'grown'."

ママ：「”育つ”というよりは、”工場で作られる”かな。」
