It has been two months since we had to close the door at the tasting room due to COVID-19. As a small business owner, this is the struggling time, and it has been painful to us.
コロナウィルスのことでテイスティングルームのドアを閉めなければいけなくなってから、二ヶ月が経ちます。小さな企業のオーナーとしては、今は悪戦苦闘の時間であり、苦しい状況です。
But the even more painful thing is to spread the virus to the innocent people at our tasting room. In addition to our regular cleaning & sanitizing ourselves, we decided to ask a professional cleaning service.
でももっと苦しいのは、私たちのテイスティングルームで、罪なき人々にウィルスを拡散してしまうことです。通常のお掃除＆消毒に加え、私たちは、プロのクリーニングサービスをお願いすることにしました。
Mommy: "Cleaning has been done, and I just finished packing club shipments for pickup people. I should go home now and feed hungry humans & animals."
ママ：「クリーニングも終わったし、クラブシッピングをピックアップに来てくれる方々の梱包も終わった。そろそろおうちに帰って、空腹の人間と動物たちにごはんをあげなきゃ。」
One the way home おうちに帰る途中
Mommy: "Oh, my gosh! This snake is HUGE! It's not a rattle snake, it's a gopher snake."
ママ：「わあ、すごい！ このへび、なんて巨大！ ガラガラヘビじゃなくて、ホリネズミヘビだわ。」
Ehime: "Well, I'm glad it wasn't a rattle snake. But the gopher snake is a carnivore, right?"
えひめ：「まあ、ガラガラヘビじゃなくてよかったでしゅけど、ホリネズミヘビって、肉食なんでしゅよね？」
Makana: "Carnivore means someone who eats meat, right? I don't want to be eaten."
マカナ：「肉食って、お肉を食べるってことでしょう？ ぼくは、食べられたくないなあ。」
Makana: "But if I'm in danger, I know what to say."
マカナ：「でも危険な目にあったら、なんて言うかわかってるんだ。」
Mommy: "What is it?"
ママ：「なに？」
Makana: "My sister is more chubby and tastier."
マカナ：「ねえたんの方が、ぽっちゃりしていておいしいよって。」
Ehime: "Hey!"
えひめ：「ちょっと！」
