Mommy: "Oh. Three cows are eating nicely♪"
ママ：「あら。牛たち三頭、お行儀よく食べてるのね〜♪」
Happy: "What? Did you say anything?"
ハッピー：「えっ？なんか言った？」
Mommy: "Happy..."
ママ：「ハッピーちゃん‥‥」
Mommy: "Your tongue is so green..."
ママ：「舌がすっごく緑色になってるよ‥‥」
Happy: "?"
ハッピー：「？」
At home おうち
Mommy: "I'm home. I got some milk from Happy."
ママ：「ただいま〜 ハッピーちゃんからミルクをもらってきたよ。」
Ehime: "It looks delicious. (lick)"
えひめ：「おいしそう（ペロッ）」
Mommy: "Did you know that the fresh cow milk gets two layers like these after being left for a while? The top layer is the heavy cream, and the bottom layer is the regular milk."
ママ：「しばらくの間置いておくと、牛の生乳は、こうやって二つの層に別れるって知ってた？ 上の層は生クリームで、下は普通のミルクなのよ。」
Ehime: "I get sleepy when you tell me the complicated story."
えひめ：「そういう複雑な話をされると、眠くなるんでしゅよね〜」
Mommy: "I don't think it's complicated."
ママ：「複雑ではないと思うけど。」
Kahlua: "Zzzz...."
カルア：「Zzzz....」
Mommy: "Some people just boil the milk to pasteurize, but I like to give the water bath with the temperature of 145-150F for 30min. That's the way I can keep the great flavor of Happy's milk."
ママ：「人によっては、低温殺菌するのにミルクを沸騰させるみたいだけれど、ママは63-66℃で30分、湯煎にかけるのが好きなの。こうすれば、ハッピーちゃんのミルクの風味を損なわずにすむからね。」
Mommy: "Pasteurizing is done. I need ice cubes to cool down."
ママ：「低温殺菌終わり。冷やすのに、氷が必要だわ。」
Ehime: "Please cool me down, too."
えひめ：「わたちも冷やちてくだしゃい。」
Mommy: "I thought you would come."
ママ：「来ると思った。」
Kona: "I'll take one, too."
コナ：「ぼくもひとつ頂こうかな。」
Mommy: "Here you are."
ママ：「はい、どうぞ。」
30 min later 30分後
Mommy: "I don't need the top layer, so let's strain."
ママ：「上の部分はいらないから、こしちゃおう。」
Mommy: "♪♪♪"
ママ：「♪♪♪」
Ehime: "Mommy is happy."
えひめ：「ママ、ご機嫌さん。」
Mommy: "What a beautiful look of the milk. Don't you think so, Ehime?"
ママ：「なんてきれいなミルク。そう思わない、ひめたん？」
Ehime: "Zzzz...."
えひめ：「Zzzz....」
