Kula Vineyards & Winery was chosen as "Winery of the Month" at the local hotel! It means that they are serving Kula's wine at their bar and restaurant every day in March.
クラぶどう園＆ワイナリーは、地元のホテルの「ワイナリー・オブ・ザ・マンス」に選ばれました！つまり、３月中は毎日、そのホテルのバーやレストランで、クラのワインが出されるということです。
The chef in the restaurant created the dishes to pair with our three wines. He made skirt steak with the roasted vegetable to pair with our Red Blend 2015.
レストランのシェフは、私たちのワイン3種類に合うお料理を創作して下さいました。レッドブレンド2015年に合わせて作られたお料理は、牛ハラミのステーキとローストベジタブルでした。
The chef created the salmon dish with miso basted sauce to pair with Grenache Blanc. Brown rice and vegetables were cooked like in the middle of stir-fry and risotto.
グルナッシュ・ブランに合うように、シェフは、お味噌をベースにしたサーモンのお料理を作って下さいました。玄米とお野菜は、チャーハンとリゾットの間くらいに調理されていました。
Our Syrah Rosé is often described as 'Light red wine'. There were some choices for dessert, and my husband & I chose New York cheese cake with raspberry sauce to pair with Syrah Rosé. And it was the perfect choice!
私たちのシラーで作られたロゼは、よく「軽い赤ワイン」と述べられます。デザートにはいくつかチョイスがありましたが、主人と私はシラーのロゼに合わせて、ニューヨーク・チーズケーキ・ラズベリーソース添えを選びました。そしてそれは、パーフェクトなチョイスでした！

Kona: "I want French baguette to go with those."
コナ：「フレンチバゲットもついてきてほしいなあ。」
Hana: "My neighbor told me that the thing called 'carrot' is delicious. I want to eat it!"
ハナ：「ご近所さんに聞いたんだけれど、”ニンジン”っていうものがおいしいって。私、それが食べたい！」
