A little fancy sweets for adults Part 2 〜ちょっとファンシーな大人のスウィーツ パート２〜

Mommy: "I thought the gelatin might have a problem to be dissolved. Let's warm this up in the microwave for 30 seconds."

ママ：「やっぱり。ゼラチンが溶けるの、大変だと思ったわ。これ、電子レンジで30秒温めよう。」

Mommy: "Getting better. Let's try to stir more with the spoon."

ママ：「マシになってきた。スプーンでもうちょっとかき混ぜようっと。」

Ehime: "I'm too hungry, so I'll collapse here. (fall down)"

えひめ：「おなかがすきしゅぎたので、わたち、ここで行き倒れましゅから。（バタン）」

Mommy: "OK, OK."

ママ：「わかった、わかった。」

Mommy: "Here is your dinner."

ママ：「はい、晩ごはん。」

Ehime: "I suddenly got the energy back to sit down."

えひめ：「突然、座る元気がでまちた。」

Kahlua: "Please put it on the floor now."

カルア：「早く床に置いて。」

Kona: "Any salmon toppings?"

コナ：「サーモンのトッピングは？」

Mommy: "Not today."

ママ：「今日はないよ。」

Kahlua: "You said the same thing yesterday, didn't you?"

カルア：「昨日も同じことを言ってたよね。」

Mommy: "The dinner time for doggies is over. Let's get back to Riesling pâté de fruit. I'm now going to put softened apricots in the food processor..."

ママ：「犬たちの晩ごはんは終わり。さあ、リースリング・パテ・デ・フルーツに戻ろうっと。今度はフードプロセッサーに、柔らかくしたアプリコットを入れ‥‥」

Daddy: "Hi, honey. I'm home♪"

パパ：「やあ、ママ。ただいま〜♪」

Mommy: "Oh, you are back home! I'm pureeing the apricots cooked in Riesling and organic sugar. I'm going to get ready our dinner as soon as I finish this."

ママ：「あ、パパ、おかえり〜！今、リースリングとオーガニックのお砂糖で調理したアプリコットをピューレしているところなの。これが終わったら、すぐに晩ごはんの用意をするわね。」

Daddy: "That looks like the tasty puree."

パパ：「おいしそうなピューレみたいだね〜」

Mommy: "I tasted a little bit, and it was good."

ママ：「ちょっと味見したけれど、おいしかったわ。」

Mommy: "Now I'm stirring the gelatin mix into the apricot puree. I don't want any lumps in the puree, so I use the strainer."

ママ：「今度は、アプリコットのピューレに、ゼラチンを溶かしたものを混ぜ入れるわね。ピューレの中にゼラチンの塊は入ってもらいたくないから、濾し器を使うわ。」 

Mommy: "Let's warm up the mix in the pan for a little while."

ママ：「ちょっとの間、お鍋で温めよう。」

Daddy: "Then, I'm going to taste Riesling. Mmm, it has the good aroma."

パパ：「じゃあ、ぼくは、リースリングの味見をするよ。ん〜、いい香りだ。」

Kona: "That's not Kula's wine, daddy."

コナ：「パパ、それ、クラのワインじゃないよ。」

Kahlua: "It doesn't have to be Kula's wine every time."

カルア：「いつもクラのワインじゃなくてもいいんだよ。」

Daddy: "Now, taste. Mmm, it's sweet. It's probably not the best to have with the meal."

パパ：「じゃあ、味見。甘いなあ。食事と合わせるのはどうかな。」

Kona: "He says such a thing, but his glass is empty already."

コナ：「そんなことを言ってるけど、グラスはもう空っぽ。」

Kahlua: "It must be good if it's not paired with the meal."

カルア：「食事と合わせなければ、きっとおいしいんだよ。」
