Making more wine sales means... 〜ワインセールスがアップするということは‥‥〜

We are pouring at the local hotel often these days. Little by little, we are increasing our sales and getting some repeaters. Since the number of the wine bottles in our wine room is getting low, my husband and I brought more wine cases out from the storage and loaded them in the pick-up truck today.

最近、地元のホテルでワインテイスティングを行なっています。少しずつですが、セールスも増え、リピーターも来て下さるようになりました。ワインルームにあるワインの数が少なくなって来たので、今日主人と私は今日、貯蔵庫からさらにワインのケースを取り出し、ピックアップトラックに詰め込みました。

We are now working on shipping our wines to the restaurants out of California state. In addition to growing grapes and making wine, we are learning how to market our precious wines every day. 

現在、カリフォルニア州外のレストランにワインをシッピングできるように頑張っているところです。ぶどうを育てることとワインを作ることに加え、私たちは毎日、大切なワインをどのようにマーケティングするか学んでいます。

As the small family-owned winery established in 2017, we only have three different varieties of wine at this moment. But we are planning to bottle more whites, rosé and reds this coming spring. Very exciting!

2017年に創立した小さな家族経営のワイナリーなので、私たちは今のところ、まだ3種類のワインしかありません。でも今春、さらに白ワイン、ロゼ、赤ワインをボトリングする予定です。とってもワクワクです！

At home　おうち

Kahlua: "Mommy and daddy came back home!"

カルア：「パパとママが、おうちに帰って来た〜！」

Mommy: "Thank you for announcing to the neighbors."

ママ：「ご近所さんにお知らせしてくれてありがと。」

Ehime: "Taking the opportunity to go outside, I'm going to pee-wee."

えひめ：「お外に出たついでに、チッチちようっと。」

Ehime: "What are you doing, brother Kona?"

えひめ：「コナにいは、何ちてるでしゅか？」

Kona: "Weeding."

コナ：「草むしりだよ。」

Kahlua: "Mommy and daddy came back home!"

カルア：「パパとママが、おうちに帰って来た〜！」

Mommy: "Kahlua, I think everyone heard it enough."

ママ：「カルアくん。もうみんな、それは十分聞いたと思うよ。」

Ehime: "What is daddy doing?"

えひめ：「パパは、何ちてるでしゅか？」

Mommy: "He is unloading the wines from the pick-up truck."

ママ：「ピックアップトラックから、ワインを降ろしてるのよ。」

Mommy: "Our wine room is probably full by now."

ママ：「きっとワインルームは、いっぱいだわね。」

Mommy: "Let's stay here until daddy is finished getting all the wine cases in. We don't want to bother him."

ママ：「パパの邪魔をしたくないから、ワインケースが全部中に入るまで、ここにいましょ。」

Ehime: "Then, I will count till 10. Then we'll go in."

えひめ：「じゃあ、わたちが10まで数えましゅから、そちたら中に入ろう。」

Kona: "She probably can't count more than 10."

コナ：「ひめたん、きっと10以上は数えられないんだね。」

Inside of the house　家の中

Mommy: "Ahhh! I just saw you putting your head in the shopping bag."

ママ：「あああ！ひめたん、頭をショッピングバッグに突っ込んでるの、今見たよ。」

Ehime: "Because, something smells good from the bag."

えひめ：「だって、バッグからいいにおいがしゅるから。」

Mommy: "Oh, that's probably croissants that we bought for breakfast tomorrow. They were in the shopping bag."

ママ：「ああ、多分、明日の朝食用に買ったクロワッサンね。そのショッピングバッグに入ってたから。」

Kona: "What!? Croissants? I think I can eat that, too."

コナ：「えっ！？クロワッサン？ぼくもそれ、食べられると思います。」
