Preparation for dinner 〜晩ごはんの準備〜

Kahlua: "Dinner for humans today is beef, I heard."

カルア：「今夜人間用の晩ごはんは、ビーフだって。」

Ehime: "Yum♪"

えひめ：「おいちそう♪」

Mommy: "We've been having light protein these days, so we bought beef today. And also, we can save leftovers in the freezer."

ママ：「最近軽いプロテインばっかりだったからね、今日はビーフを買ったのよ。それに、残ったものは冷凍庫で保存できるしね。」

Kona: "You can save leftovers in my stomach, too."

コナ：「ぼくのおなかで残り物を保存してくれてもいいよ。」

Mommy: "I appreciate your offer, but I can take care of this."

ママ：「気持ちだけありがたく受け取っておくわね。」

Mommy: "Let's poke the meat with the fork, so that it can marinate well."

ママ：「フォークでお肉をつついておこう。そしたらうまくマリネができるから。」

Mommy: "I'm glad I still had some marinade liquid."

ママ：「マリネ液、まだあってよかったわ。」

Mommy: "Let's put some ginger in it. It's going to make a great flavor♪"

ママ：「生姜も入れておこう。いい味になるから♪」

Kahlua: "Hmm... I wonder if we dogs can get any of the meat. It looks like a lot of seasoning."

カルア：「う〜ん‥‥　お肉、ぼくたち犬も食べられるのかな。いっぱい味付けされてるみたいだけれど。」

Ehime: "What are they?"

えひめ：「しょれ、なんでしゅか？」

Mommy: "Green onions. I just harvested at the garden."

ママ：「おネギよ。今畑で収穫して来たの。」

Ehime: "That's smelly."

えひめ：「くさっ。」

Mommy: "Green onion is not edible for you dogs."

ママ：「おネギは、犬が食べられるものじゃないからね。」

Mommy: "Preparation is done. I'm going to turn this over once in the evening, and daddy is going to grill it tonight."

ママ：「準備終わり。夕方にお肉を一度ひっくり返して、今夜はパパにグリルしてもらおう。」

Kona: "It's kind of a warm day today, so it's going to be a great evening for grilling."

コナ：「今日は暖かいから、グリルするにはいい夜になるね。」

Kahlua: "The meat is going in the fridge."

カルア：「お肉が冷蔵庫に入っちゃう。」

Ehime: "It's OK. Daddy might drop some meat at dinner. We still have a chance."

えひめ：「大丈夫でしゅよ。晩ごはんのとき、パパがお肉を落とすかもちれないでしゅから。まだチャンスはありましゅよ。」

The neighbor decided to have sheep on their property. One with the blue mark on the back left side is male and others are female. I can't wait to see if the female sheep get pregnant and have babies next year!

ご近所さんが、敷地内で羊を飼い始めました。左側の、背中に青いマークのある羊が男の子で、あとはみんな女の子です。女の子の羊が妊娠して、来年赤ちゃんを産むのを見るのが待ち遠しいです！
