A peaceful chat 〜平和なおしゃべり〜

Mommy: "Look, Ehime. The new issue of Wine Enthusiast magazine arrived."

ママ：「ひめたん、見て。雑誌Wine Enthusiast の新号が届いたよ。」

Ehime: "I can see it without bringing that so close to me. I'm still eight years old."

えひめ：「そんなに近づけなくても、見えてましゅよ。まだ8歳なんでしゅから。」

Mommy: "That looks like a recipe of snicker doodle. That's one of daddy's favorite cookies."

ママ：「スニッカードゥードルのレシピみたいね。パパのお気に入りのクッキーのひとつよ。」

Ehime: "Cookies?"

えひめ：「クッキー？」

Makana: "I want to eat cookies, too."

マカナ：「ぼくもクッキー食べたい。」

Makana: "How's the taste, sister?"

マカナ：「ねえたん。お味はどう？」

Ehime: "Hmm... I licked, but they don't taste anything."

えひめ：「うーん‥‥　なめまちたけど、お味がちないんでしゅよ。」

Mommy: "That's because it's a photo."

ママ：「だってそれ、写真だもの。」

Mommy: "That is the wine from our area. I heard they served their wine at the White House in the past."

ママ：「それは、この地域のワインよ。過去には、ホワイトハウスにも出されたことがあるんだって。」

Makana: "I prefer cookies to wine."

マカナ：「ぼく、ワインよりクッキーの方がいい。」

Mommy: "I'm sure you do. I think they are both delicious."

ママ：「だろうね。ママは、両方おいしいと思うわ。」
