A holiday season next year 〜来年のホリーデーシーズン〜

Makana: "Yaaaaaaaa!!!!"

マカナ：「やあああああ！！！！」

Mommy: "Stooooop!!! This is the tasting room!"

ママ：「やめなさーい！！！　ここは、テイスティングルームなのよっ！」

Ehime: "(whispering) Ma-kun, let's be a little smart now. We should show how great we are to mommy, so that she might give us more biscuits."

えひめ：「（ヒソヒソ）マーくん、ここはちょっと賢くなるでしゅよ。ママにいいところを見せれば、もっとビスケットをもらえるかも。」

Makana: "Hm, Hm, I see."

マカナ：「ふむふむ、なるほど。」

Ehime: "We are Wine Fridge Security Guards."

えひめ：「わたちたちは、ワインフリッジ・セキュリティーガードでしゅよ。」

Makana: "We are now on duty."

マカナ：「現在、勤務中です。」

Mommy: "Oh! What a great security team we have! Where are the doggie biscuits?"

ママ：「あら！　なんて素晴らしいセキュリティーチームなの！　犬用ビスケットは、どこかしら？」

Ehime: "See? I told you."

えひめ：「ね？　言ったでしょ。」

Makana: "It was easier than I thought."

マカナ：「思ったより簡単だった。」

Mommy: "♪♪♪"

ママ：「♪♪♪」

It looks like we will have another lockdown in California. For the restrictions this time, we, San Luis Obispo county are included in the Southern California region for some reason. I'm sure they needed to make the line somewhere, but many of us in this area don't understand why we needed to be counted as the same as LA. 

カリフォルニア州がまた、ロックダウンされるようです。今回の制限では、ここ、サンルイスオビスポ郡は、なぜか南カリフォルニア郡に含まれます。どこかで線引きしなければいけないとは思いますが、この地域に住むほとんど人は、どうして私たちがロサンゼルスと同じとカウントされるのか、理解できません。

There is no support from the government at this moment. It's only countdown for many small business owners to close the shutter forever. We completely understand how we need to stop spreading Covid-19. But at the same time, the government needs to stop businesses bankrupting, doesn't it?

現在のところ、政府からのサポートはありません。大半の小規模ビジネスオーナーにとっては、永遠にシャッターを閉めるまでカントダウンのみ、というところまで来ています。コロナウィルスの拡散を止めるために必要なことだとは十分理解していますが、同時に、政府はビジネスが倒産していくのを止めるべきではないですか？

I'm sorry I couldn't write the happy story with a holiday spirit today, but this is my honest feeling and we are very scared of this situation right now.  

今日は、ホリデー精神を持ってハッピーなお話しを書くことができなくて申し訳ありません。でもこれが今の私の正直な気持ちで、現在の状況を、大変恐ろしいと思っています。
