Bottling Day! 〜ボトリングデー！〜

Our first bottling of the year has started! It has been a long time to wait for this moment, but we have pretty good quality wine to bottle today.

今年初のボトリングが始まりました！　この瞬間を長い間待つことになりましたが、今日ボトリングするワインは、かなり良い質のワインになっています。

We didn't know when we can bottle for a long time, so when we finally had the date, we had to hurry to get everything ready such as wine bottles, corks, capsules and labels in a short time. Thanks to my husband who was in charge of getting all supplies, everything arrived in time.

私たちは長い間いつボトリングできるかわからなかったので、ようやく日にちが決まったときには、ワインボトルやコルク、キャップ、ラベルなど、短期間ですべてを揃えなければいけませんでした。備品を揃える担当だった主人のおかげで、すべての到着が間に合いました。

Please meet our new babies, Grenache Blanc & Picpoul Blanc. The red wines are going to be bottled this afternoon.

どうぞ私たちの新しい赤ちゃんたち、グルナッシュブランとピックプルブランを歓迎してやってください。赤ワインは、今日の午後ボトリングします。

Makana: "I'm bored today. Let's eat the bone."

マカナ：「今日はヒマだなあ。カミカミしてようっと。」

Ehime: "I'm going to take a nap here."

えひめ：「わたちはここで、お昼寝ちましゅから。」
