On the gloomy day 〜どんよりした日に〜

 

Mommy: "The combination of the wind and rain is a little challenging, isn't it? Let's give you extra treats today."

ママ：「風と雨のコンビネーションは、ちょっとした挑戦よね。今日は、多めにおやつをあげようね。」

Sunny: "Aww, the rain came in my eyes."

サニー：「あうう、目に雨が入った。」

Serene: "This wet ground is hard to walk."

セリーン：「この濡れた地面、歩きにくい。」

Mommy: "Here is your treat, chickens. I put carrots & cucumbers in your salad today. Please hang in there, OK?"

ママ：「にわとりさん、はい、おやつよ。今日は、サラダにニンジンときゅうりを入れたから。なんとかがんばってね。」

Chicken A: "No tomatoes?"

にわとりA：「トマトはないの？」

Mommy: "Umm... Maybe tomorrow."

ママ：「あの‥‥ 明日かな。」

Sachi: "I kind of feel the wind moving even inside of the house."

さち：「なんか、おうちの中にいても風の動きを感じるんでしゅけど。」

Mommy: "Me, too. I wonder why."

ママ：「ママも。なんでかしらね。」

Makana: "On this gloomy day, the best thing we can do is fall asleep."

マカナ：「こういうどんよりした日は、寝るのが一番だよ。」

Mommy: "That sounds great."

ママ：「それ、いいわね〜」
