Typical American summer dessert 〜アメリカの定番、夏のデザート〜

Mommy: "I have pretty ripe peaches in the kitchen. Let's make Peach Crisp for dessert tonight."

ママ：「キッチンに、かなり熟したピーチがあるから、今夜のデザートに、ピーチクリスプを作ろう。」

Makana: "Mommy, I'm hungry. It's almost 6:00pm."

マカナ：「ママ〜　ぼく、おなかすいた。そろそろ午後6時だけど。」

Mommy: "OK. I just need to put these in the STAUB pan."

ママ：「わかった。これ、ストウブのフライパンに入れるだけだから。」

Ehime: "I'm starving. I can't move any more..."

えひめ：「わたち、飢えちゃって、もう動けない‥‥」

Mommy: "You always collapse without hesitation in the middle of the place."

 ママ：「ひめたんは、いつも真ん中で堂々と倒れるのよね。」

Mommy: "I'm going to put the oat toppings on the peaches. After putting the pan in the oven, I'll get your dinner ready, OK?"

ママ：「オート麦のトッピングをピーチの上に乗せるよ。オーブンにフライパンを入れたら、ふたりの晩ごはんの用意をするわね。」

Makana: "I'm going to collapse here then."

マカナ：「じゃあ、ぼく、ここで倒れてます。」

Mommy: "Almost ready. I just need to put the hot water in the bowls."

ママ：「もうすぐよ。あとは、ふたりのボールにお湯を入れるだけ。」

Makana: "There is something in your bowl that is not in my bowl."

マカナ：「ねえたんのボールに入っていて、ぼくのボールには入っていないものがある。」

Ehime: "That must be Agariccs. It prevents cancer, I heard."

えひめ：「きっとアガリクスでしゅよ。ガン予防だって。」

Mommy: "OK, eat!"

ママ：「はい、食べて！」

Makana: "Phew, finally."

マカナ：「ふう、やっとだ。」

Ehime: "Oh, there is flaxseed oil in it, too."

えひめ：「あ、アマニオイルも入ってる。」

Mommy: "Let's stay healthy together."

ママ：「一緒に健康でいましょうね。」

An hour later　1時間後

Mommy: "Darling, dinner is ready. It's Salmon Pasta with Vegetables and Peach Crisp for dessert."

ママ：「パパ〜、晩ごはんできたよ。野菜入りサーモンのパスタと、デザートはピーチクリスプよ。」

Daddy: "It's the summer dessert♪ It looks like we can have this dessert the next three days."

パパ：「夏のデザートだ〜♪　これから三日間は、このデザートを食べるんだね。」
