Super fresh black cod that was swimming in the ocean until yesterday 〜昨日まで海で泳いでいた超新鮮なギンダラ〜

Kona: "Something smells very good♪"

コナ：「なんか、とってもいい香りがする♪」

Daddy: "I just picked up fresh black cod from the local fisherman."

パパ：「地元の漁師さんから、新鮮なギンダラを受け取ってきたばっかりなんだ。」

We met the local fisherman at Hana's horse ranch. He said he comes back with the black cold in his boat on Wednesday. So, my husband picked it up Wednesday night, and we decided to make Miso-glazed black cod for dinner on Thursday.

ハナの馬牧場で、地元の漁師さんに出会いました。その人は、水曜日にギンダラをボートに乗せて戻ってくると言いました。それで、主人は水曜日の夜にそれを受け取り、私たちは木曜日の晩ごはんに、味噌漬けギンダラを作ることにしました。

Mommy: "We are so lucky getting the super fresh fish that was swimming in the ocean until yesterday. Let's make the miso marinade."

ママ：「昨日まで海で泳いでいた超新鮮なお魚をゲットできるなんて、本当にラッキーよね。さあ、お味噌のマリネを作ろう。」

Mommy: "And let's put the miso marinade on top of the black cod."

ママ：「それから、ギンダラの上にお味噌のマリネを塗って、と。」

Ehime: "You should do it quietly, mommy. Otherwise a fish lover, brother Kona might wake up."

えひめ：「ママ、静かにやった方がいいでしゅよ。じゃないと、お魚好きのコナにいが起きましゅから。」

Kona: "Did you call me?"

コナ：「呼んだ？」

Mommy: "No, no! Not at all! Please go back to sleep."

ママ：「いや、いや！全然！どうぞ寝てて。」

Dinner time　晩ごはんの時間

Mommy: "Tonight's dinner special is miso-glazed black cod, garlic risotto-ish rice, sweet & spicy cauliflower, and some vinaigrette coleslow."

ママ：「今夜にディナースペシャルは、味噌漬けのギンダラ、ガーリックのリゾット風ごはん、スウィート＆スパイシー・カリフラワー、お酢のコールスローよ。」

Daddy: "Mmm! This black cod is soooooo juicy and delicious! This tastes like the dish in the high-end restaurant."

パパ：「んんん！このギンダラ、とっっっってもジューシーでおいしい！高級レストランのお料理みたいな味だよ。」
