ママ：「今日は7月4日、独立記念日。一緒に座ってうちの新しいワイン、ロゼを楽しめる時間が少し持てるっていうのは、いいわね〜」
Daddy: "Yes. It's a perfect day to celebrate that you arrived in the USA 22 years ago today."
パパ：「うん。22年前の今日、ママがアメリカに到着したのをお祝いするのにパーフェクトな日だよ。」
Makana: "22 years ago... That sounds like a long time ago."
マカナ：「22年前‥‥ ずっと前って感じ。」
Mommy: "It does. I never thought I would experience this much adventure with daddy when I left Japan."
ママ：「だね。日本を出たときは、パパと一緒にこんなにたくさんのアドベンチャーを経験することになんて、思いもしなかったよ。」
