The origin of the name, Sachi 〜さちの名前の由来〜

 

Mommy: "Because Kali won't go out from the coop anymore, I put the temporary water dispenser and some treats inside of the coop. And it looks like she is now eating and drinking again, and I'm happy about it."

ママ：「カリちゃん、もうにわとり小屋から出て来ないから、一時的なウォーターサーバーやおやつを少しにわとり小屋に置いたの。そしたら、また食べたり飲んだりし始めたみたい。よかったわ。」

Makana: "I understand her feeling. She is probably sad. I couldn't eat for two weeks when my sister Ehime passes away."

マカナ：「ぼく、カリちゃんの気持ち、わかる。きっとさびしいんだよ。ぼくも、えひめねえが亡くなったとき、2週間食べられなかったもん。」

Mommy: "I remember. Sachi brought happiness in your life again. That's why we named her 'Sachi' which means happiness in Japanese."

ママ：「覚えてる。さっちゃんが、マーくんの犬生にまた、幸せをもたらしてくれたのよね。だから”さち”って名付けたのよ、日本語で幸せって意味だから。」
