Whose footprints are they? 〜だれの足あと？〜

 

Mommy: "Mmm? Are these footprints our Goldens'?"

ママ：「んん？　この足あと、うちのゴールデンズの？」

Mommy: "It's weird. These footprints are coming from the chicken coop, and it looks like only one animal walked, not two dogs."

ママ：「いや、おかしい。この足あと、にわとり小屋から続いてきてるし、犬二頭じゃなくて、たった一頭の動物が歩いたみたいだし。」

Makana: "Then, who could be? We have no way to go to the chicken coop from the backyard, so they are not our footprints."

マカナ：「じゃあ、だれの？　裏庭からにわとり小屋へ行く方法がないから、ぼくたちの足あとじゃないよ。」

Mommy: "I know. I'm thinking these are a coyote's."

ママ：「知ってる。思うに、コヨーテの足あとじゃないかな。」

Makana: "What!?"

マカナ：「えっ！？」
