We bottled the new wines last week, but it doesn't mean we are going to start to sell them soon. When the wine was just bottled, it has bottle shock. The wine needs some time to settle, then it can taste better.
私たちは先週新しいワインをボトリングしましたが、すぐに売り始める訳ではありません。ワインがボトリングされたばかりのときは、ボトルショックがあるからです。ワインには落ち着く時間が必要で、そうすると味がよくなります。
Yesterday, my husband & I decided to open the new wine, Viognier to see how the taste is like. This wine already had a beautiful floral aroma, and it was very appetizing.
昨日主人と私は、新しいワイン、ヴィオニエを開けてみることにしました。味がどうなっているから見るためです。このワインはすでにステキなフローラルな香りがして、とても食欲をそそりました。
Mommy: "I made smoked salmon sushi and creamy bacon & vegetable soup to pair with Viognier."
ママ：「ヴィオニエとのペアリングに、スモークサーモンのお寿司と、クリーミーベーコン＆お野菜のスープを作ったよ。」
Daddy: "There are a lot of vegetables in the soup."
パパ：「スープにたくさん野菜が入ってるなあ。」
Ehime: "You kind of taste great, Ma-kun."
えひめ：「マーくん、なんかいいお味がしゅる。」
Makana: "Daddy probably dropped something on my head."
マカナ：「多分パパが、ぼくの頭に何かを落としたんだよ。」
Daddy: "Did I? I don't remember."
パパ：「落とした？ 覚えてないなあ。」
