Putting the memories on the corks 〜思い出をコルクに乗せて〜

Ehime: "What are you going to do now? (wagging the tail)"

えひめ：「今度は、なにしゅるんでしゅか？（しっぽブルンブルン）」

Mommy: "I'm doing some craft. I got ready a simple long wood board, corks and hot glue gun."

ママ：「ちょっとクラフトをしようと思ってね。シンプルな長めの木、コルク、そしてホットグルーガンも用意完了。」

Kahlua: "It doesn't sound like our snack time."

カルア：「おやつの時間じゃないみたいだな。」

Mommy: "The hot glue gun is easy to use. You put a stick of glue on the back, and melting glue comes out from the front. It's like a mechanical pencil."

ママ：「ホットグルーガンの使い方は、簡単。後ろにのりの棒を入れると、前から溶けたのりが出てくるの。シャーペンみたいなものね。」

Kona: "This wood smells so good♪ Can I..."

コナ：「この木、とってもいい香り♪　噛んでも‥‥」

Mommy: "No! Please don't chew it. This is the red wood. I got it at Home Depot last Sunday."

ママ：「ダメ！噛まないでよ。これは、レッドウッド（アカスギ）っていう木なの。先週の日曜日、ホームディーポ（ホームセンター）で買ってきたのよ。」

Mommy: "Let's put the glue on the cork like this and..."

ママ：「こうやってコルクにのりを塗って‥‥」

Mommy: "Line them up on the red wood like this."

ママ：「こうやって、レッドウッドの上に並べるの。」

Mommy: "Ouch! I accidentally put the melted glue on my finger! Awww..."

ママ：「あちっ！間違えて、指に溶けたのりをつけちゃった。あううう‥‥」

Kona: "Please be careful. It's hot."

コナ：「熱いから、気を付けてね。」

Mommy: "You say that now?"

ママ：「いま言う？」

Mommy: "I've got a good idea. Let's put a twine string on the back. So we can hang it on the wall."

ママ：「いいこと思いついた。後ろに麻ひもをつけよう。そしたら、壁にぶら下げられるから。」

Kahlua: "That's not our treat."

カルア：「それ、ぼくたちのおやつじゃないね。」

Mommy: "Let's put a little bit of glue. Hmm.... I think it works. let's put more glue on the twine, so this won't fall when I hang it on the wall."

ママ：「ちょっとだけのりを付けてみよう。う〜ん‥‥　大丈夫そうね。麻ひもの上にもっとのりを付けようっと。壁にかけたときに落ちないように。」

Mommy: "Now, It's a show time♪ Let's pin our Christmas cards. The first one is the one I made in 2014. These photos were taken on the day we purchased this house."

ママ：「さあ、ショータイムよ♪　ピンでクリスマスカードを貼り付けよう。最初は、2014年に作ったものから。この写真、家を購入したときに撮ったものなのよね〜」

Kona: "Zzzz ..."

コナ：「Zzzz‥‥」

Mommy: "The second one is the Christmas card I made in 2015. I miss Fes and Joy."

ママ：「二番目は、2015年に作ったクリスマスカード。フェスとジョイがいなくて、さびしいね。」

Ehime: "(sniff, sniff)"

えひめ：「（クンクン）」

Ehime: "This is not our treats. When is our snack time?"

えひめ：「これ、わたちたちのおやつじゃない。おやつの時間は、いつでしゅか？」

Mommy: "I guess you can't wait any more, can you? Peanut butter biscuits today."

ママ：「きっともう待ってくれないわよね？今日は、ピーナッツバタービスケットよ。」

Kahlua: "I'm here, mommy!"

カルア：「ママ〜、ぼくはここだよ〜！」

Kona: "I'm suddenly awake."

コナ：「ぼく、突然起きました。」

Mommy: "Oh, I just remembered something. Daddy really liked when I put the artificial grape vines around the house decoration the other day."

ママ：「ああ、そうだ。こないだ家のデコレーションに、造りもののぶどうのつるを付けたら、パパ、喜んでたわね。」

Mommy: "Maybe I can put some kind of green around this cork wood as a decoration. What do you think?"

ママ：「このコルクの木に、なにか緑のものをまわりにデコレーションとしてつけるのは、どうかしら？」

Kahlua: "Peanut butter biscuits were tasty. Let's take a nap now♪"

カルア：「ピーナッツバタービスケット、おいしかった。さあ、お昼寝しようっと♪」

Mommy: "Hey! Please listen to me."

ママ：「ちょっと！ママの話しも聞いてよ〜」
