The effective thing for a lower backache 〜腰痛に効果があるもの〜

Mommy: "While doggies are relaxing, let's make blueberry muffins for breakfast."

ママ：「犬たちがゆっくりしている間に、朝ごはん用のブルーベリーマフィンを作ろうっと。」

Mommy: "I wonder how many times I've made blueberry muffins with this recipe since I got married."

ママ：「結婚してから、このレシピで、もう何回ブルーベリーマフィンを作ったかしら。」

Ehime: "I see more blueberries in the muffins today."

えひめ：「今日は、マフィンにブルーベリーがたくしゃん入っている気がしゅるんでしゅけど。」

Mommy: "I wanted to use up the blueberries in the fridge. (#^_^#)"

ママ：「冷蔵庫に残ってるブルーベリー、全部使ってしまいたかったから。(#^_^#)」

Mommy: "Done♪ Now, I have something else I want to do today."

ママ：「できた♪　さあ、今日は、ちょっと他にやりたいことがあるのよね。」

Ehime: "What is it?"

えひめ：「なんでしゅか？」

Mommy: "Well, you know I hurt my lower back this week, don't you? I'm going to make a warm compress with the Clary sage essential oil."

ママ：「えっとね、今週ママ、腰を痛めたでしょう？クラリーセージっていうエッセンシャルオイルを使って、温湿布を作ろうと思ってね。」

Ehime: "I kind of remember this smell. I wonder why."

えひめ：「この香り、知ってる気がしゅる。どうちてかな。」

Kona: "That's because you were getting some calming oil with the Clary sage essential oil on your body when you were puppy."

コナ：「それはね、ひめたんがパピーだったとき、クラリーセージのエッセンシャルオイルを使ったカーミングオイル（気持ちを穏やかにするオイル）を塗ってもらってたからだよ。」

Ehime: "What!? I'm always calm!"

えひめ：「えっ！？わたちは、いつも穏やかでしゅよ！」

Kahlua: "Mommy? Why did you hurt your back"

カルア：「ママ？どうして腰を痛めたの？」

Mommy: "There are various reasons from a farming life."

ママ：「農家のお仕事をしていれば、いろいろ理由はあるのよ。」

Mommy: "I put some hot water in the bowl. Let's put 2-3 drops of Calry sage essential oil in it."

ママ：「ボールにお湯を入れた。さあ、クラリーセージのエッセンシャルオイルを２、３滴落とそう。」

Mommy: "Then I'm going to wet the towel in it to make a warm compress, and put it on my lower back."

ママ：「それから、タオルをその中で濡らして、温湿布を作り、腰に当てて。」

Mommy: "Oh, I guess I can lay down like Ehime does."

ママ：「そうだ。ひめたんみたいに、横になるのがいいわね。」

Kona: "Are you OK, mommy?"

コナ：「ママ、大丈夫？」

Mommy: "I'm fine. The warm compress feels so good."

ママ：「大丈夫よ。温湿布、とっても気持ちがいいわ〜」

Mommy: "I guess I'm warming the towel again."

ママ：「もう一回タオルを温めようっと。」

Kahlua: "You look like you're walking better. By the way... When is our snack time?"

カルア：「ママ、ちゃんと歩けているみたいだよ。ところで‥‥　ぼくたちのおやつは、いつ？」
