Hana's Blend has appeared! 〜Hana's Blend登場！〜

For the new wine to bottle, we created the new label. This wine is called Hana's Blend. Hana, our Arabian horse is a perfect character to be on the lable for Bordeaux style Red Blend.

新しいワインをボトリングするのにあたり、新しいラベルを作りました。このワインは、Hana's Blendという名前です。私たちのアラビアン・ホース、ハナは、ボルドースタイルのレッドブレンドにつけるラベルには、パーフェクトなキャラクターです。

Many of you probably remember the process of bottling wine since I introduced it before. The bottles with the wine in goes on the belt-conveyor, and get the corks & caps on by machine.

以前紹介したことがあるので、ボトリングの過程を覚えておられる方も多いかもしれませんね。ワインの入ったボトルはベルトコンベアに乗り、機械でコルクやキャップをされます。

A person always checks the height of the labels on the bottles. Thinking how long the wine can age, this is one of the important parts of the bottling.

いつも、ボトルに装着されるラベルの高さをチェックする人がいます。ワインがどれくらい長くエイジングされるかを考えれば、これは、ボトリングの大切な一過程です。

For the winery, bottling wine is the same as having a baby for a woman. It's exciting, but it also costs a lot and worries us. When we see the process is going well and the cases are getting stacked at the end, we feel relieved.

ワイナリーにとっては、ワインのボトリングは、女性が出産するのと同じです。ワクワクすることですが、同時に費用のかかることでもあり、心配なこともあります。その過程がうまくいき、最後にケースが積まれていく様子を見ると、安心します。

Ta-da! Here is Hana's Blend. Our first Cabernet Sauvignon Blend.

ジャジャーン！　これが、Hana's Blendです。私たちの初めての、カベルネソーヴィニョンのブレンドです。

Ehime: "Since Hana is on the label, I guess we dogs are retiring from the label."

えひめ：「ハナちゃんがラベルになったということは、わたちたち犬は、ラベルから引退しゅるんでしゅね。」

Makana: "Nooooo!!! I haven't even been on the label. How could I retire!!!"

マカナ：「やだあああああ！！！　ぼく、ラベルにさえなってないんだよ。なんで引退なんてできるのさあ！！！」

Daddy: "We still use the doggie label. Don't worry."

パパ：「犬のラベルは、まだ使うから。心配するな。」
