Chocolate cake that is going to be taken to the contest 〜コンテストに出すチョコレートケーキ〜

Monday　月曜日

Mommy: "Strain the flour..."

ママ：「小麦粉をふるって‥‥」

Mommy: "Put the dough in the baking pan, and bake."

ママ：「焼き型に生地を入れて、焼く、と。」

Ehime: "Are you finished baking the cake?"

えひめ：「ケーキを焼くの、終わったでしゅか？」

Mommy: "Almost. I will put the chocolate cream on tomorrow."

ママ：「もうすぐ。チョコレートクリームを塗るのは、明日にするわ。」

Tuesday　火曜日

Kahlua: "I smell something tasty. What is it?"

カルア：「おいしそうなにおい。なにかな？」

Mommy: "Chocolate cake. I'm trying to practice making a chocolate cake that I want to enter in the dessert contest at the grape growers meeting."

 ママ：「チョコレートケーキよ。ぶどう栽培者ミーティングのデザートコンテストに出すチョコレートケーキを作る練習をしているのよ。」

Mommy: "Let's make a mark here, so that it's easier to place it back after I put the chocolate cream in."

ママ：「ここに印をつけておこう。そしたら、チョコレートクリームを塗ったあと、戻しやすいから。」

Ehime: "You should make a carrot cake instead of a chocolate cake. Then, we dogs could eat."

えひめ：「チョコレートケーキじゃなくて、キャロットケーキを焼けばいいのに、そちたら、わたちたち犬も食べられたのに。」

Kahlua: "Who said the dogs cannot eat chocolate... It smells very good."

カルア：「犬はチョコレートを食べられないって、誰が言ったんだろう‥‥　とってもいいにおいなのに。」

Mommy: "Now, let's make chocolate cream."

ママ：「さあ、チョコレートクリームを作ろうっと。」

Mommy: "Now, I need some ice cubes to get rid of some heat."

ママ：「今度は熱を取り除くのに、氷が必要だわ。」

Ehime: "Me, too. I need some ice cubes to get rid of some heat from my body."

えひめ：「わたちも。体から熱を取り除くのに、氷が必要でしゅから。」

Mommy: "I think that the chocolate cream is becoming a good temperature to put on the cake."

ママ：「チョコレートクリーム、ケーキに塗るのにいい温度になってきた。」

Ehime: "Open sesame!"

えひめ：「開け、ごま！」

Kona: "Oh, the door is opening."

コナ：「あっ、ドアが開いていく。」

Mommy: "I'm opening."

ママ：「ママが開けているんだけど。」

Ehime: "Lizard! It's Ehime. Where are you?"

えひめ：「トカゲしゃ〜ん！えひめでしゅよ〜　どこでしゅか？」

Kona: "I'm going potty."

コナ：「トイレ、トイレ。」

Kahlua: "I'm still sleepy..."

カルア：「ぼく、まだ眠い‥‥」

Mommy: "While dogs are outside, let's decorate some crushed chocolate espresso beans on top of the chocolate cake."

ママ：「犬たちが外にいる間、チョコレートケーキの上に、チョコレートエスプレッソ豆を潰したものを飾ろう。」

Mommy: "Cutting inside. The sponge looks moist, and the amount of cream looks OK. I wonder what the taste is like. Let's bring some to Happy's foster mommy."

ママ：「断面図。スポンジはしっとりしている感じだし、チョコレートクリームの量も良さそうね。味はどうかしら。よし、ハッピーちゃんの里親ママさんに、いくつか持って行こう。」 

At cows　牛たちのところで

Serene: "Are we eating chocolate cake for dinner today?"

セリーン：「今日の晩ごはんは、チョコレートケーキ？」

Cheer: "Hay is tastier, isn't it?"

チア：「干し草の方が、おいしいわよね〜」
