Happy's foster mommy: "Here you are, Serene. It's the top of the hay. You may like this."

ハッピーの里親ママさん：「はい、セリーン。干し草の上の部分よ。これ、好きじゃない？」

Serene: "Thank you."

セリーン：「ありがと。」

Happy: "What are you eating, Serene?"

ハッピー：「セリーン、なにを食べてるの？」

Serene: "Something tasty."

セリーン：「おいしいもの。」

Happy: "Show me! (means "Give me")"

ハッピー：「見せて！（”ちょうだい”の意味）」

Happy's foster mommy: "No, Happy. What kind of mother steals food from a child?"

ハッピーの里親ママさん：「ダメよ、ハッピー。子どもの食べ物を盗む母親が、どこにいるのよ。」

Happy: "What did you eat, Serene? Was it corn? Any honey on top?"

ハッピー：「セリーン、なに食べたの？コーンだった？はちみつがかかってた？」

Serene: "Normal straw."

セリーン：「普通のわらだった。」

Today　今日

Kona: "Oh! Going out? We are going out, right? (wagging his tail)"

コナ：「あっ！お出かけ？ぼくたち、お出かけするんでしょ？（しっぼブルンブルン）」

Ehime: "Oh, going out in the car? Then, I got the wrong leash. (dropped the leash)"

えひめ：「あっ、車でお出かけ？じゃあ、このリードじゃないでしゅね（ポタッ）。」

Ehime: "This one♪"

えひめ：「こっちのリード♪」

Kona: "I'm in. Please close the door."

コナ：「乗ったよ〜　ドア、閉めて。」

Mommy: "OK."

ママ：「はい。」

Ehime: "I'm half out. Please help me."

えひめ：「わたち、半分乗ってない。手伝ってくだしゃ〜い。」

Mommy: "OK."

ママ：「はい。」

Mommy: "Now, all in, right? Let's go to In-N-Out♪"

ママ：「はい、みんな乗ったね？In-N-Outに行こう♪」

Ehime: "It looks like the rain is coming down soon."

えひめ：「もうしゅぐ、雨が降るみたい。」

Mommy: "The rain is going to start this evening. I hope I can get all the errands done before the rain comes."

ママ：「夕方から降り始めるんだって。雨の前に、用事が全部終わるといいけれど。」

Have I ever told you that we don't have any street lights and traffic lights until we get to the city? We don't have any traffic jam either, so normally I can guess well how long it takes to the place I want to go.

今まで言ったことがあったでしょうか。私たちのところは、町に到着するまで、街灯もなければ、信号もありません。交通渋滞もないので、たいていの場合、自分が行きたいところまでどれくらいの時間がかかるか、予想はつきます。

Mommy: "It's just 12:00pm. Perfect time to arrive♪"

ママ：「ジャスト12時。到着時間、パーフェクト♪」

Daddy: "Hello. I got you lunch."

パパ：「やあ。ランチを買ってきたよ〜」

Ehime: "Oh, daddy."

えひめ：「あっ、パパ。」

Mommy: "Mine has grilled onion. Thank you for remembering, darling♪"

ママ：「私のは、ちゃんとグリルドオニオンが入ってる。パパ、覚えてくれていてありがとね♪」

Daddy: "Of course. You never change your favorites."

パパ：「もちろんだよ。ママは、好きなものは全然変わらないから。」

My husband had to go back to work quickly. So we had 15-20 minutes lunch in the car, and left In-N-Out separately.

主人はすぐに仕事に戻らなければいけなかったので、車の中で15−20分ほどでランチを食べたあと、別々にIn-N-Outを出ました。

Kona: "Daddy is busy."

コナ：「パパ、忙しいね。」

Mommy: "We should thank him for working for family."

ママ：「家族のために働いてくれているパパに、感謝しなきゃね。」

At home　おうち

Ehime: "Let's drink the water♪"

えひめ：「お水、飲もうっと♪」

Kahlua: "Let's do♪"

カルア：「そうしよう♪」

Kona: "He he. Kahlua is drinking the water for me♪"

コナ：「えへへ。カルアくんが、ぼくの代わりにお水を飲んでいます♪」

Mommy: "I'm going to refill the water in the bowl. You can have some now.

ママ：「ボールに新しいお水入れてあげるからね。さあ、飲んで。」
