Sunflower seeds 〜ひまわりの種〜

 

Mommy: "These extra large sunflowers are completely dry."

ママ：「この特別大きなひまわりたち、完全に乾燥したわね。」

Mommy: "I hear that it's going to be raining tomorrow. Let's chop off the top part, and start to take the seeds out before they get wet."

ママ：「明日は雨になるって聞いたから、雨に濡れちゃう前に、上の部分を切り落として種を取り出そうっと。」

Sachi: "Seeds? Are you going to plant them next year?"

さち：「種？　来年、植えるんでしゅか？」

Mommy: "I might."

ママ：「かもね。」

Mommy: "Oh? They are still kind of white-ish. Well, I don't know if this is the right time. But I should take seeds out before it gets too late."

ママ：「あれ？　なんかまだ白っぽい。うーん、今がいい時期かどうかわからないけれど、あまり遅くならないうちに種を取るべきよね。」

Sachi: "Otherwise they will dorp seeds on the ground, and there will be many sunflowers growing here next year. That means more weeds are going to grow in the same area. Fu fu fu♪"

さち：「じゃないと、地面に種を落とちて、しょこから来年、ひまわりがいっぱい生えてくるんでしゅよね。ってことは、同じ場所にもっと雑草が生えてくる。ふふふ♪」

Mommy: "What are you thinking, Sachi?"

ママ：「さっちゃん、何を考えてる？」
