A coyote tried to attack our chickens!!! It looks like he came quietly behind the shed, and ran toward our chickens who were sand-bathing outside. I happened to be there just on the other side of the shed. As soon as he saw me and heard my yelling, he ran away. He was only 30cm away from me. I was angry!
うちのにわとりたちが、コヨーテに狙われました！ コヨーテは物置小屋の後ろから静かに近づいていて、外で砂遊びをしていたにわとりたちに突進したようです。私はたまたま物置小屋の別サイドにいました。コヨーテは私を見て、私の怒鳴り声を聞くなり、逃げていきました。たった30センチ先で起こったことです。私は、怒りました！
No one got hurt, luckily. I called my husband and asked him to help me put chickens back in the coop. It took us a while since they were very scared. Poor girls, they are VERY alerting right now. They lost some feathers from being stressful.
ラッキーなことに、誰もケガはしませんでした。私は主人と呼び、にわとりたちを小屋に戻すのを手伝ってもらえるように頼みました。にわとりたちはとても怖がっていたので、時間がかかりました。かわいそうな子たち、現在とっっっっても警戒しています。ストレスのため、羽も多少抜けました。
Sachi: "Is 'coyote' scary, brother Ma?"
さち：「マーにいにい、”コヨーテ”って、怖いの？」
Makana: "They are a carnivorous animal. Although, you probably don't need to be worried about yourself being eaten, because I think you are already bigger and heavier than they are."
マカナ：「肉食動物だからね。でもさっちゃんは食べられる心配はないんじゃないかな。だって、もうさっちゃん、もうコヨーテより大きくて重いと思うから。」
Sachi: "What?"
さち：「え？」
