Winemaker's Dinner at the tasting room 〜テイスティングルームでのワインメーカーズディナー〜

We had Winemaker's Dinner at the restaurant before, but yesterday was the very first day when we had Winemaker's Dinner at our tasting room. White table clothes, silverware, and many glasses for Kula's wine. Everything was very special.

以前レストランでワインメーカーズディナーをしたことはありますが、自分たちのテイスティングルームでワインメーカーズディナーを催したのは、昨日が初めてでした。白いテーブルクロス、シルバーウェア、クラのワイン用に用意されたたくさんのワイングラス。すべてが本当に特別でした。

We had 7 delicious food courses with 7 award-winning Kula's wines. All of them were so delicious, but the most popular one was Beef Carpaccio pairing with Zinfandel 2019. This was really exceptional!

クラの7つの受賞ワインと共に、コース料理が７種用意されました。そのすべてが本当に美味しかったのですが、中でも一番は、2019年のジンファンデルとペアリングしたビーフカルパッチョはとても人気がありました。これは、本当に格別でした！

Time at Winemaker's Dinner flows differently from any other party that we held at the tasting room in the past. It was very peaceful and very elegant. We should do this again. 

ワインメーカーズディナーの時間は、過去にテイスティングルームで行ったどのパーティとも時間の流れ方がちがっていました。とても平和で、とてもエレガントで。またしなきゃ、と思いました。

Sachi: "I stayed quietly, but I didn't get any food."

さち「わたち、静かにちてたのに、食べ物をもらえなかった。」

Mommy: "Sorry. Maybe I can give you two an extra biscuit today."

ママ：「ごめんね。それじゃあ今日は、ビスケットをもうひとつあげようかしらね。」
