Cooking is fun. 〜お料理は楽しい〜

 

Makana: "What was the potato dish you made yesterday?"

マカナ：「昨日ママが作ったポテトのお料理、あれ、なに？」

Mommy: "Oh, Kimuchi potato. That was very delicious♪"

ママ：「ああ、キムチポテト。あれは、とってもおいしかったわ〜♪」

Mommy: "I just put chopped kimuchi on top of boiled red potato that was chopped in the dice size. I actually seasoned with salt & pepper before I put kimuchi on. Then I topped shredded cheddar cheese on top and baked in the oven until the cheese melted. We should make it again. It was really delicious."

ママ：「サイコロサイズに切ってゆでたレッドポテトの上にキムチを乗せたのよ。キムチを乗せる前に、塩コショウで味付けしたわね。それから上にシュレッドしたチェダーチーズを乗せて、チーズがとろけるまでオーブンで焼いて。また作らなくっちゃね。本当においしかったから。」

Sachi: "I'm actually more curious about the chicken you prepared than kimuchi."

さち：「わたちはキムチより、ママが下処理してたチキンに興味がある。」

Mommy: "They are Yangnyeom chicken, Oyster teriyaki chicken and Honey mustard chicken. I put them in the freezer, so that we can just defrost and cook in the frying pan when we don't have a lot of time for cooking after work. It takes only 8 minutes to cook."

ママ：「ヤンニョムチキン、オイスターテリヤキチキン、ハニーマスタードチキンね。冷凍庫で保存するのよ。そしたら、仕事のあとであんまり時間がないときに、解凍してフライパンで調理できるから。調理は、たったの8分なの。」

Makana: "And that becomes daddy's job, isn't it?"

マカナ：「で、それは、パパの仕事になるんだよね？」

Mommy: "Well, that's right."

ママ：「まあ、その通りよ。」
