Working with two local wine bars, we held the event, Progressive Dinner. Do you know what that is? People eat appetizer, main dish and dessert at a different location. We, as a winery served shrimp & mango ceviche and chilled wine as an appetizer. People enjoyed it so much!
地元のワインバー2軒と協力して、プログレッシブディナーというイベントを行いました。プログレッシブディナーをご存知でしょうか。前菜、メインディッシュ、デザートを、それぞれ別の場所で食べるというものです。私たちワイナリーは前菜として、シュリンプ＆マンゴーシビチェを冷えたワインと一緒にお出ししました。みなさん、とっても喜んでくださいました！
We completely sold out tickets, and there were people on the waiting list. After the event, we heard that "You should do it again!" We, three business owners are very happy to know what we did was accepted well by locals.
チケットは完売で、ウェイティングリストでお待ちいただく方々もいらっしゃいました。イベントの後、「またやって〜！」というお声も頂きました。私たちビジネスオーナーは３軒とも、自分たちの行ったことが地元の皆様に受け入れられたと知り、とてもうれしく思っています。
Sachi: "You didn't give me an appetizer."
さち：「わたちには、前菜をくれなかった。」
Mommy: "Because shrimp was in it. I had no choice."
ママ：「シュリンプが入ってたんだもん。仕方がなかったのよ。」
