Kona: "Jack is not here."

コナ：「ジャックくんはいないのに」

Kona: "Why are you pouring the water in this container?"

コナ：「どうしてこのコンテイナーにお水を入れてるんだろう。」

Kona: "Oh! Kahlua's washing day♪"

コナ：「あっ！カルアくんを洗う日か♪」

Ehime: "(drink drink) The water is tasty♪"

えひめ：「（ゴクゴク）お水、おいちい♪」

Kona: "Really? Let me drink, too."

コナ：「そう？じゃあ、ぼくも飲ませてもらおう。」

Kahlua: "Umm... I'm in."

カルア：「あの‥‥　ぼく、入ってますけど。」

Mommy: "Are you ready, Kahlua?"

ママ：「カルアくん、準備はいい？」

Kahlua: "Be gentle, please."

カルア：「やさしくお願い。」

(Water shooting)

（お水、ジャーッ）

Kahlua: "Ahhhh! I told you to be gentle!"

カルア：「ああっ！やさしくって言ったでしょ！」

(Rubbing with the towel)

（タオルでゴシゴシ）

Kahlua: "Shoot! Mommy is going rough."

カルア：「まったくもう！ママってば荒いんだから。」

Kona: "Oh? Kahlua escaped."

コナ：「あれ？カルアくんが逃げた。」

Kahlua: "I had enough."

カルア：「もう十分です。」

Ehime: "Then, I'm going in♪"

えひめ：「じゃあ、わたち入ろうっと♪」

(Rubbing with the towel)

（タオルでゴシゴシ）

Ehime: "Umm, brother Kahlua. Please teach me how to escape."

えひめ：「あの、カルアにい。逃げ方を教えてくだしゃい。」

Kahlua: "Sorry for leaning on you, Kona."

カルア：「コナ、もたれちゃってゴメンね。」

Kona: "No problem. You worked hard today."

コナ：「大丈夫だよ。カルアくん、今日はいっぱい働いたもんね。」

Mommy: "Phew, I did a lot to wash doggies today. Let's bake some snicker doodles and get some energy."

ママ：「ふう、今日は犬洗い、がんばったわ〜　スニッカードゥードルを焼いて、エネルギー補給をしようっと。」

Kahlua: "When are snicker doodles falling down from the counter? (smile)"

カルア：「スニッカードゥードル、いつカウンターから落ちてくるかな〜（ニコッ）」

Can you see the smoke above the hills? On Tuesday, my husband came back from outside and said "What's the smoke?". We turned on TV and the news said that there was the fire around the nearest freeway to our house. We didn't need to evacuate and we are safe. But seeing the smoke like this from the house scared me. Because of the smoke, my husband had watery eyes and I had a sore throat. We have so much respect to the fire fighters who have been working hard to extinguish the fires.

丘の上の煙、見えるでしょうか。火曜日、主人が外から帰ってきて「あの煙はなんだ？」と言いました。テレビをつけると、ニュースで我が家の近くのフリーウェイ周辺が火事になっていることを知りました。避難することもなく、私たちは安全でした。でも、自分の家からこのような煙が見えると、怖くなります。煙のため、主人は涙目になり、私はのどが痛くなりました。火事を消火しようと一生懸命がんばってくれている消防士さんたちを、尊敬します。
