Even though we don't have special news 〜特別なニュースはなくても〜

Yesterday　昨日

Mommy: "Chickens, we got oyster shell for you♪ This is supposed to be good calcium for your future eggs."

ママ：「にわとりさ〜ん、みんなにオイスターシェルを買ってきたよ〜♪　将来みんなが産む卵が、いいカルシウムを持つようにになるんだって。」

Mommy: "Let's mix some in the food like this. Chickens, please come and eat♪"

ママ：「こうやってごはんにちょっと混ぜて、と。さあ、にわとりさ〜ん。こっちに来て食べてくださ〜い♪」

Chickens: "...... $#^%^#%&&^# (...... When can we get treats?)"

にわとりさんたち：「...... $#^%^#%&&^#（...... おやつはまだかしら？）」

Mommy: "What!? You don't actually eat oyster shell!!!????"

ママ：「えっ！？もしかしてオイスターシェル、食べないの！！！？？？」

Today　今日

Mommy: "Oh, no. It's raining..."

ママ：「ああ、雨だ‥‥」

Daddy: "Sorry, but I don't think we can go to the Golden Retriever Meet-up today."

パパ：「残念だけれど、今日はゴールデンレトリバーミートアップには行けないな。」

We were planning to go to the Golden Retriever Meet-up today. But it was raining a lot (at least around our area), so we gave up unfortunately. 

今日はゴールデンレトリバーミートアップに行く予定でした。でもたくさん雨が降ったので（少なくても私たちの家の辺りでは）、残念ながらミートアップはあきらめました。

Daddy: "Here, honey. You have a story to tell on your blog. Ta da! Kona in the air♪"

パパ：「はい、ママ。ブログに書くお話し、これはどう？ジャジャーン！空中のコナです♪」

Kona: "......"

コナ：「‥‥」

Ehime: "Are you OK, brother Kona? You look like you are frozen in place."

えひめ：「コナにい、大丈夫でしゅか？なんか固まってるみたいでしゅけど‥‥」

Kona: "'Everything comes to him who waits'. Maybe I can go see a ground squirrel after this. So until then, patient, patient..."

コナ：「"待てば海路の日和あり"って言うからね。この後ジリスを見に行けるかもしれないし、それまではガマン、ガマン‥‥」
