On the last day of the grandma's vacation 〜おばあちゃんの休暇最後の日は 〜

Daddy: "Let's drink the freshly squeezed orange juice."

パパ：「しぼりたての新鮮オレンジジュースを飲もう。」

Mommy: "Yum♪ Is grandma awake?"

ママ：「おいしそう♪　おばあちゃん、起きてるかしら？」

Kona: "She says she is coming out soon."

コナ：「すぐ行くって言ってたよ。」

At cows　牛のところで

Daddy: "I'm going to feed Cheer."

パパ：「チアちゃんに、ごはんをあげてくるね〜」

Happy: "OK. See you later."

ハッピー：「はい。いってらっしゃ〜い。」

Joy: "See you later."

ジョイ：「いってらっしゃ〜い。」

Joy: "Huh. Hay feels so good♪"

ジョイ：「はあ。干し草って、本当に気持ちいい♪」

Happy: "Don't play with your food. Eat like this."

ハッピー：「ごはんで遊ぶんじゃありません。こうやって食べるのよ。」

Joy: "You stole my food."

ジョイ：「母さんがぼくのごはんを取った。」

Kona: "I understand how Joy feels. Happy is like Ehime."

コナ：「ジョイくんの気持ち、よくわかるなあ。ハッピーちゃんは、ひめたんみたいだ。」

Ehime: "Women need more food than guys."

えひめ：「女性は男性よりも、もっと食べ物が必要なんでしゅから。」

Kahlua: "Disagree!"

カルア：「異議あり！」

Chicken A: "Women need a lot of food, especially in winter. Let's go find the good grass♪"

にわとりA：「女性はたくさん食べ物が必要なのよね〜、特に冬。さあ、いい草を見つけに行きましょう♪」

Mommy: "Please don't go far away."

ママ：「あんまり遠くに行かないでね〜」

In the afternoon　午後

Ehime: "Please play with me, brother Kona!"

えひめ：「コナにい、わたちと遊んでくだしゃい！」

Kona: "I'm sleepy."

コナ：「ぼく、眠い。」

Daddy: "Ehime, Kona said no."

パパ：「えひめ、コナがイヤだって言ってるよ。」

Ehime: "Really?"

えひめ：「しょうなんでしゅか？」

Ehime: "Where is brother Kahlua then?"

えひめ：「じゃあ、カルアにいはどこでしゅか？」

Daddy: "He ran away."

パパ：「逃げた。」

Ehime: "Awww... I need someone to play with me."

えひめ：「くううう‥‥　誰か遊んでくれるひとがほちい。」

Mommy: "Go to daddy. He will adore you for anything."

ママ：「パパのところに行ってこらん。なにしても”かわいいね〜”って言ってくれるから。」

Our weather has been frosty cold for some time. It was hard for my mother-in-law to go out in this cold temperature and do some outside activities with us. But today is her last day. She is going to back to Texas tomorrow. 

ここしばらく、この辺りは霜が降りて、とても寒い気候が続いています。お義母さんにとっては、この寒さのなか外に出て、私たちと一緒にいろんなことをするのが大変でした。でも今日はお義母さんの最後の日です。明日、テキサスに帰ります。

Daddy: "On your last day, let's go wine tasting at one of the oldest wineries in our town."

パパ：「最後の日だからね。ぼくたちの町で一番古いワイナリーのひとつでワインテイスティングをしよう。」

Grandma: "That sounds great."

おばあちゃん：「いいわね〜」

Mommy: "What wine do you like to try?"

ママ：「どんなワインをテイスティングしてみたいですか？」

Daddy: "Next, here we are. This is the winery who bought our grapes this year."

パパ：「次はここ。このワイナリーが、今年ぼくたちのぶどうを購入してくれたんだよ。」

Mommy: "I wonder which barrels have the wine that was made from our grapes."

ママ：「うちのぶどうで作ったワイン、どの樽に入っているのかしら。」

Grandma: "I can't wait to try the wine with your grapes someday."

おばあちゃん：「いつかあなたたちのぶどうで作ったワインを飲ませてもらうのが、待ちきれないわ。」

Mommy: "Oh! It says Joy."

ママ：「あら！ジョイって書いてある。」

Daddy: "Let's go see cows now."

パパ：「さあ、そろそろ牛たちに会いに行こう。」

Grandma: "Happy. It was nice meeting you. I'm going back to Texas tomorrow. I'll see you next time, OK?"

おばあちゃん：「ハッピーちゃん。会えてよかったわ。私、明日テキサスに帰るの。また今度会いましょうね。」

Happy: "Thank you for the alfalfa cubes. Have a safe trip."

ハッピー：「アルファルファのキューブをどうもありがとう。安全な旅を。」
