Battle with cliff swallows 〜サンショクツバメとの戦い〜

Makana: "Wow! What is that?"

マカナ：「わあ！　あれ、なに？」

Sachi: "A bird?"

さち：「鳥さん？」

Mommy: "It's a garden owl. We put this here to scare cliff swallows."

ママ：「ガーデンふくろうよ。サンショクツバメを怖がらせるために置いたのよ。」

Daddy: "They make the nest at the sharp area under the roof."

パパ：「屋根の下のとがってるところに、巣を作るんだよ。」

Mommy: "Since we have UPS wine shipping from time to time, we can't let swallows make a nest there. We don't want their droppings on the boxes."

ママ：「ときどき、ワインをUPSで送ったりするからね。あそこに巣を作ってもらうわけにはいかないの。箱にフンが落ちると困るから。」

Sachi: "What should cliff swallows do if they can't make a nest here?"

さち：「サンショクツバメさんたち、ここで巣作りできなかったら、どうするの？」

Makana: "They probably have to leave, right?"

マカナ：「出て行かなきゃ、だよね？」

Mommy: "Yes."

ママ：「そうね。」

Makana: "I don't want to leave the house, so I'll  try not to make my own nest."

マカナ：「ぼく、おうちを出ていくのはイヤだから、自分の巣は作らないでおこうっと。」

Mommy: "Then, could you stop digging a hole in the backyard?"

ママ：「じゃあ、裏庭での穴掘り、やめてくれる？」
