Zinfandel harvesting 2017 Part 2 〜ジンファンデルの収穫 2017年 パート２〜

Daddy: "Good looking grapes. I'm happy about them."

パパ：「形のいいぶどうだ。うれしいな。」

Mommy: "These leaves look like fall. Beautiful♪"

ママ：「この葉っぱは、秋って感じね。きれいだわ♪」

Daddy: "I think we have enough."

パパ：「これくらいで十分じゃないかな。」

Stormy: "My daddy is going to move the bin by tractor. Please make the space."

ストーミー：「私のパパが、トラクターでコンテイナーを動かしますから、スペースを空けてくださいよ〜。」

Mr. G: "You, too, Stormy."

Gさん：「ストーミーもな。」

Daddy: "Right here, right here!"

パパ：「オーライ、オーライ！」

Mr. G: "Did the second container push the first one further?"

Gさん：「二番目のコンテイナー、最初のコンテイナーを奥まで押した？」

Daddy: "Yes, it did!"

パパ：「押しました！」

At the facility　施設で

Mr. M: "Now, I'm putting the grapes in the machine!"

Mさん：「さあ、ぶどうを機械に入れるよ〜！」

Mr. L: "OK!"

Lさん：「はい！」

Mr. L: "I'm an intern from the local college. I'm learning how to make wine here."

Lさん：「ぼくは、地元の大学から来たインターンなんです。ここで、ワインの作り方を勉強させてもらっています。」

Daddy: "That's great. At this stage in the process, we get rid of all the bad grapes by hand. For example, this cluster has some raisins, which we don't want to go in the container to make wine. We need to throw them away. And my wife gets rid of the leaves and stems that machine couldn't at the end of this process. Honey, are you doing OK? "

パパ：「それはいいね。機械のこの場所では、ぼくたちは良くないぶどうをすべて手で取り除くんだ。例えばこの房には、レーズン化したものがあるだろう？これは、ワインを作るコンテイナーに入って欲しくないものなんだ。だから捨てなければいけない。そして、ぼくの奥さんは、このプロセスの最後で、機械が取り除けなかった葉っぱや茎を取り除くんだ。ママ、大丈夫？」

Mommy: "I'm doing OK."

ママ：「大丈夫よ〜」

Daddy: "The grapes are going to be in the process called 'cold soak'. This is essential for the flavor and color of the great wine."

パパ：「ぶどうはこれから、”コールドソーク”という過程に入るんだ。これは、素晴らしいワインの味と色には不可欠な過程なんだよ。」

At home　おうち

Kahlua: "Mommy & daddy came back home!"

カルア：「パパとママが、おうちに帰ってきました〜！」

Mommy: "I told you that you don't need to announce that to the neighbors!"

ママ：「だから、ご近所さんにお知らせしなくっていいんだってば！」

Ehime: "I'm going pee-wee."

えひめ：「わたち、チッチちようっと。」

Kona: "Then, I'm doing... What should I do?"

コナ：「じゃあ、ぼくは‥‥　なにをしようかな？」

Ehime: "Mommy, we stayed home well when you were away. You are not forgetting about rewarding us, are you?"

えひめ：「ママ。ママたちがお出かけちている間、わたちたち、お利口しゃんにお留守番ちてたでしゅよ。ごほうび、忘れてないでしゅよね？」

Mommy: "Of course, I'm not."

ママ：「もちろん、忘れてないよ。」

Mommy: "This one, isn't it?"

ママ：「これでしょう？」

Ehime: "Please give it to me now."

えひめ：「今くだしゃい。」

Daddy: "I'm going to give an ice cube to Kahlua."

パパ：「カルアに氷をあげよう。」

Kahlua: "Thank you♪ (bite)"

カルア：「ありがと♪（カプッ）」

Daddy: "Ouch! You ate my finger, too."

パパ：「いてっ！指も食べた。」
