How many Tokyo Domes? Daddy is cutting the grass. 〜東京ドーム何個分？草 刈りパパ〜

Yesterday　昨日

Kona: "By the way."

コナ：「ところで。」

Ehime: "By the way."

えひめ：「ところで。」

Kona: "Did you fill up the ground squirrel's hole, mommy?"

コナ：「ママ、ジリスの穴、埋めた？」

Ehime: "Poor ground squirrels."

えひめ：「かわいそうなジリスしゃんたち。」

Mommy: "That's because you guys dig and make the hole bigger. Ground squirrels can make their house somewhere else."

ママ：「だって、ふたりが穴掘りして、もっと穴を大きくするんだもの。ジリスたちは、どこか他の場所で家を作るわよ。」

My husband did an amazing job to cut the grass in the Happy's foster mommy's property. Almost all the sharp weeds are gone. We let Happy & Joy out from the pen.

ハッピーの里親ママさんの敷地内の草刈りを、主人は本当によく頑張りました。ほとんどすべての尖った雑草が、無くなりました。私たちは、ハッピーとジョイを、囲いから出しました。

Daddy: "Now you can go."

パパ：「さあ、出ていいんだよ。」

Happy: "Really?"

ハッピー：「本当？」

Happy: "YAAAAAAAAAY!!!"

ハッピー：「わああああああああい！！！！」

Joy: "Yay, yaaaaay!!!"

ジョイ：「わあい、わあああああい！！！」

Mommy: "Ahhh!!! Don't run toward me, Happy!"

ママ：「あああ！！！ハッピーちゃん、走ってこないで〜！」

Happy: "It has been a long time since we ate from the feeder♪"

ハッピー：「えさ入れから食べるの、久しぶりね〜♪」

Joy: "This is delicious♪"

ジョイ：「おいしい♪」

Joy: "Let's roll over♪"

ジョイ：「ゴロゴロしちゃおうっと♪」

Mommy: "Ahaha! Joy is like a Golden Retriever. I hope you all have a good night."

ママ：「あはは！ジョイくん、ゴールデンレトリバーみたい。みんな、いい夜を過ごしてね。」

Today　今日

Daddy: "I still have to mow Happy's foster mommy's property this morning. I'll see you up there later."

パパ：「今朝、まだもうちょっとハッピーの里親ママさんの敷地内の草刈りをしなきゃいけないんだ。じゃあ、先に行ってるね。」

Mommy: "OK. I'll see you when I finished the dog walk."

ママ：「わかった。犬たちのお散歩が終わったら、すぐ行くわね。」

Ehime: "So, daddy is not walking with us this morning?"

えひめ：「しょれで、今朝は、パパなしでお散歩でしゅか？」

Kona: "It looks that way."

コナ：「そうみたいだね。」

Ehime: "Then, let's make a Kahlua sandwich♪"

えひめ：「じゃあ、カルアサンドイッチを作ろう♪」

Kona: "Kahlua is in the middle of us. It's a Kahlua pork sandwich♪"

コナ：「カルアくんがぼくたちの真ん中だからね。カルアポークサンドイッチだ♪」

Kahlua: "I want to walk with mommy."

カルア：「ぼく、ママと一緒に歩きたい。」

Mommy: "Good morning, cows. I was going to get the hay for you guys. Do you want to come to the feeder? Or should I bring the hay over here?"

ママ：「牛さんたち〜　おっはよう。みんなの干し草を取りに行くところなんだけど、えさ入れまで来る？それとも、ここまで持ってこようか？」

Cheer: "I'll take a delivery."

チア：「デリバリーでお願いします。」

Daddy: "I brought the hay to them. Now I'm going to continue to cut the grass."

パパ：「牛たちに干し草、ぼくが持って行ったよ〜　じゃあ、草刈りに戻るから。」

Mommy: "Thank you, darling. I'll see you later."

ママ：「パパ、ありがとね〜　じゃあ、またあとで。」

Mommy: "I have some vegetables to plant. Let's plant the lettuce this morning. I'll plant the cucumber tomorrow."

ママ：「植えなきゃいけないお野菜がいろいろあるのよね。今朝は、レタスにしよう。きゅうりは、明日だわね。」

At chickens　にわとりのところで

Chick A: "No! It's too scary to eat with Monster chickens."

ひよこA：「イヤよ！怪獣にわとりたちを一緒に食べるなんて、恐ろしすぎるわ。」

Mommy: "This is the training. You can't escape from the scary things all the time."

ママ：「これはトレーニングよ。いつも怖いものから逃げてばかりじゃダメだもの。」

Chick B: "That makes sense. We should be brave and eat."

ひよこB：「それもそうね。勇気を出して、食べてみましょう。」

Chick A: "If you say so..."

ひよこA：「じゃあ、あなたがそう言うなら‥‥」

Mommy: "Oh. It looks like he finished cutting the grass on Happy's foster mommy's property."

ママ：「あら。パパ、ハッピーの里親ママさんの敷地内の草刈りを終えたみたいね。」

Daddy: "I'm now trying to cut the grass on our property."

パパ：「今度は、ぼくたちの敷地内の草刈りをするよ。」

Mommy: "OK. Do you need any water or ice coffee?"

ママ：「わかった。お水かアイスコーヒーか、持ってこようか？」

Daddy: "No. I'm doing good now."

パパ：「今は大丈夫。」

Kona: "I hear the tractor."

コナ：「トラクターの音が聞こえる。」

Mommy: "That's daddy. I think he is coming back soon."

ママ：「パパよ。もうすぐ戻ってくると思うんだけど。」

Kahlua: "Is he working in the vineyard?"

カルア：「パパ、ぶどう園でお仕事してるの？」

Mommy: "No. He is cutting the grass around our forest."

ママ：「ううん。うちの林のところで草刈りをしてるの。」

Ehime: "Oh, daddy!"

えひめ：「あっ、パパ！」

Mommy: "Good. Let's get in the car. We are going out for a quick lunch today."

ママ：「はい、じゃあみんな、車に乗って。今日は、ちゃちゃっとお外でランチを食べるから。」

Daddy: "Hamburgers at In-N-Out are tasty♪"

パパ：「In-N-Outのハンバーガーって、おいしいよね♪」

Mommy: "Fast food without any chemicals and preservatives is wonderful♪"

ママ：「ファーストフードなのに、化学薬品や保存料を一切使っていないなんて、素晴らしいわ♪」

Kona: "Hamburger time for humans is nap time for dogs, Ehime."

コナ：「ひめたん。人間のハンバーガータイムは、犬のお昼寝タイムなんだよ。」

Ehime: "I'm already falling asleep."

えひめ：「わたち、もう寝るところでしゅから。」

My husband spent his whole time for cutting the grass on the huge space for cows and for us, and I'm sure he still has to do more tomorrow. I just appreciate him so much for his work.

牛たちや私たちのために、自分の時間のすべてを使って広大な場所の草刈りをしてくれたパパ。そしてきっとまだ明日も草刈りをするパパ。とってもとっても感謝しています。
