Mommy: "What!?"

ママ：「えっ！？」

Makana: "I'm running into you!!!"

マカナ：「ぶつかるよ〜〜〜！！！」

Mommy: "Stoooooop, Makana!!!"

ママ：「マカナくん、ストーーーーーッッッップ！！！」

Makana: "Kyahahahaha!!! (bite)"

マカナ：「キャハハハハハハハ！！！（パクッ）」

Ehime: "Ouch!"

えひめ：「いてっ！」

Mommy: "Ehime, catch him!"

ママ：「ひめたん、捕まえて〜っ！」

Ehime: "OK. I did it."

えひめ：「はい。捕まえまちた。」

Mommy: "You are super, Ehime! Thank you♪"

ママ：「ひめたん、最高！ありがと♪」

Makana: "Awww...."

マカナ：「あううう‥‥」

Makana: "One more time."

マカナ：「もう一戦。」

Ehime: "OK."

えひめ：「いいでしゅよ。」

Mommy: "Oh, no! Let's go back in the house now."

ママ：「え、そんな！そろそろお家に入ろうよぉ。」

Makana: "Ru-ru-ru♪♪♪"

マカナ：「る〜る〜る〜♪♪♪」

Mommy: "Ma-kun. You look very happy holding a branch in your mouth, but you can't collect all the branches in our backyard, OK?"

ママ：「マーくん。お口に枝をくわえてとってもうれしそうだけれど、うちの裏庭を枝づくめにされてもね。。。わかる？」

Makana: "Mmm..."

マカナ：「んん‥‥」

Makana: "I hona hring gis gack home♪"

マカナ：「ほれほってはえりはいの♪」

Mommy: "What did you say?"

ママ：「なんだって？」

Ehime: "Ma-kun said 'I want to bring this back home'. Why don't you tell him that he can't eat the treat while he is holding the branch in his mouth?"

えひめ：「マーくんは、”これ、おうちに持って帰りたいの”って言ったでしゅよ。マーくんに、お口に枝をくわえてたらおやつを食べられないよって言ってみたらどうでしゅか？」

Mommy: "That's a good suggestion. I'll try."

ママ：「それは、いい提案だわね。やってみるわ。」

Mommy: "Ma-kun, well.."

ママ：「マーくん、あのね‥‥」

Makana: "I'm not holding anything in my mouth. I can eat the treat anytime!"

マカナ：「お口には、何もくわえていません。おやつなら、いつでも食べられます！」

Happy Golden Year! 〜ハッピーゴールデンイヤー！〜

Mommy: "Darling. You have an animal on your shoulder."

ママ：「パパ。肩に動物が乗ってるよ。」

Daddy: "Oh. Maybe a squirrel?"

パパ：「ああ。リスかな？」

Daddy: "He is kind of heavy for a squirrel."

パパ：「リスにしては、なんか重いなあ。」

Mommy: "Well... I don't think he is a squirrel."

ママ：「いやあ‥‥　リスじゃないと思うよ。」

Makana: "Did you call me, daddy?"

マカナ：「ぼくのこと呼んだ、パパ？」

Daddy: "Ahhh, Makana. Don't get on my shoulder. You are supposed to be a dog!"

パパ：「あああ、マカナ。肩に乗るんじゃない。犬なんだから！」

Makana: "Then, on your tummy♪"

マカナ：「じゃあ、おなかに♪」

Daddy: "No, no! I just had a lot of sushi. Please don't push my tummy!"

パパ：「だめ、だめ！お寿司をたくさん食べたばっかりなんだから。おなかを押さないで！」

Makana: "OK. Then, I'm going to be here."

マカナ：「わかった。じゃあ、ここに。」

Daddy: "I told you that you shouldn't be on my shoulders."

パパ：「だから、肩はだめだって。」

Makana: "I'm not on your shoulders, I'm around your neck."

マカナ：「肩じゃないよ。首のまわりだもん。」

Daddy: "Oh, are you my neck warmer? That's good."

パパ：「ネックウォーマーってこと？　それはいいなあ。」

Ehime: "No, no. Daddy, you shouldn't spoil Ma-kun. In a dog way, we should capture human's hand like this first when we want to get attention from them."

えひめ：「だめ、だめ。パパ、マーくんを甘やかしちゃだめでしゅよ。人間の気を引きたいとき、犬のやり方は、こうやってまず人間の手を捕まえるんでしゅよ。」

Makana: "Ahhhh! I can do it!"

マカナ：「ああああ！　ぼく、できる〜！」

Makana: "I got it, I got it, I got it!"

マカナ：「捕まえた、捕まえた、捕まえた〜！」

Ehime: "Why don't you do it a little more peacefully, Ma-kun?"

えひめ：「マーくん、もうちょっと平和的にできないんでしゅか？」

Daddy: "I feel like my arm is going to be torn soon..."

パパ：「ぼくの腕、もうすぐ引きちぎられるような気がするよ‥‥」

Sushi & sake Day 〜お寿司とお酒の日〜

Mommy & Daddy: "Happy New Year!"

パパ＆ママ：「あけましておめでとうございます！」

Mommy: "This is our 16th New Years Day together. Our Osechi (Japanese traditional New Years Day meal) is becoming easy every year, since we can't get ingredients in this country area, but I'm so happy we can still celebrate the new year with you."

ママ：「一緒にお正月を迎えるのは、今年で16回目。こういう田舎では材料を手にいれることができなくて、私たちのおせち料理は年々簡素化されてきているけれど、パパと一緒にまた新年のお祝いができるのがうれしいわ。」

Daddy: "I feel the same. We can have another 16 times of Osechi together, right?"

パパ：「ぼくも同じだよ。また次の16年も一緒におせちを食べられるよね？」

Mommy: "Just 16 years? (^o^)"

ママ：「16年だけ？(^o^)」

Daddy: "Ahaha. Let's toast. To our wonderful year of 2020♪"

パパ：「乾杯しよう。2020年という素晴らしい年に♪」

Mommy: "Cheers♪"

ママ：「カンパイ♪」

After eating　食後

Mommy: "Oh, no! I just brought my computer to the couch one minute ago. Now Goldens are around it and I can't sit there!"

ママ：「あら、やだ！1分前にコンピューターをソファに持ってきたばかりなのに、ゴールデンたちがそのまわりに来ちゃって、私座れない！」

Daddy: "They are just lounging around on New Years Day."

パパ：「寝正月してるなあ。」

Makana: "Well..."

マカナ：「えっと‥‥」

Makana: "I don't know what to say!"

マカナ：「なんて言ったらいいのかわからない！」

Ehime: "What a baby you are."

えひめ：「お子ちゃまでしゅね〜」

Mommy: "Thank you so much for reading our blog this year. It has been seven years since we started our blog, Golden Life. And we are still enjoying writing about our life with our dogs here."

ママ：「今年も私たちのブログを読んでいただき、本当にありがとうございます。このブログ、ゴールデンライフを始めてから7年。今もここで我が家の犬たちとの生活について書くことを、楽しんでいます。」

Daddy: "We wish you a very happy new year and have a prosperous year of 2020. With aloha."

パパ：「どうぞ良い新年をお迎えください。皆様の2020年が、繁栄ある年でありますように。アロハ。」

Lemons are tasty 〜レモンはおいしい〜

Mommy: "Actually, I haven't put my make-up on yet."

ママ：「実は、まだお化粧してないんだけど。」

Daddy: "You can do it after finishing peeling the lemons to make limoncello."

パパ：「リモンチェッロを作るためのレモンの皮むきが終わってからすればいいよ。」

Makana: "Hmm.... I can't see well from here."

マカナ：「うーん‥‥　ここからじゃよく見えないなあ。」

Makana: "Now I can see♪"

マカナ：「よく見えた♪」

Mommy: "Makana, get down!"

ママ：「マカナくん、降りなさい！」

Daddy: "When your mommy calls you Makana instead of Ma-kun, you are scolded, OK?"

パパ：「ママが、マーくんじゃなくてマカナって呼ぶときは、叱られているんだぞ。わかるか？」

Makana: "Awww...."

マカナ：「あううう‥‥」

Ehime: "I just don't understand why Ma-kun wants to see such things. Brother Kahlua told me that lemons are not tasty."

えひめ：「マーくんが、どうちてそんなものを見たいのか、わたちにはわかりましぇんよ。カルアにいが、レモンはおいちくないって教えてくれまちたから。」

Daddy: "How did he know about it?"

パパ：「カルアは、なんでそんなことを知ってたんだ？」

Mommy: "...... I just tell you that I'm nothing to do with it."

ママ：「...... 私はそれとは、まったく関係ないということを申し上げたいと思います。」

Daddy: "?"

パパ：「？」

Daddy: "Now, let's put the lemon skins in vodka. We are going to infuse for four days."

パパ：「さあ、ウォッカの中にレモンの皮を入れよう。４日間インフューズさせるからね。」

Mommy: "Then, we are making sugar water and mixing with the infused vodka, right? I'm looking forward to it♪"

ママ：「それから砂糖水を作って、インフューズさせたウォッカと混ぜるんでしょう？　楽しみだわ〜♪」
