Oh, that's right! 〜あっ、そうだ！〜

Mommy: "Yaaaaaaa!!!!"

ママ：「やああああ！！！！」

My husband and I were digging a hole for 2.5 weeks to make the new patio in the backyard. But our ground is as hard as the concrete and it's been very difficult for us to dig deeper. Then we realized. "Oh, that's right!"

主人と私は、裏庭に新しいパティオを作るため、2週間半かけて穴掘りをしてきました。しかし、ここの地面はコンクリートのように硬く、穴を深く掘るのは難航していました。そのとき、ふと気付いたのです。「あっ、そうだ！」

Kona: "What is it?"

コナ：「なに、それ？」

Daddy: "Ta da! We actually had a tilter. We bought it as a Valentine's day gift for each other last year."

パパ：「ジャジャーン！実は、耕運機を持ってたんだった。昨年、お互いへのバレンタインデーのプレゼントとして、購入したんだよ。」

Mommy: "Ahhhh! Why didn't we use it until now!"

ママ：「あああ！どうして今まで使わなかったのかしら！」

Ehime: "Mommy and daddy forgot about the machine."

えひめ：「パパとママ、機械を持ってたこと、忘れてたでしゅよ。」

(Da da da da da da da da da!)

（ダッダッダッダッダッダッダッダッ！）

Daddy: "This is still hard."

パパ：「これでも大変だな。」

Kahlua: "Is the hole getting deeper?"

カルア：「穴、深くなってるかな？」

Ehime: "I want to do something, too!"

えひめ：「わたちも、なにかちたい！」

Kona: "I give you a job then."

コナ：「じゃあ、ひめたんに仕事をあげよう。」

Kona: "Are you working hard, Ehime?"

コナ：「ひめたん、ちゃんと働いてる？」

Ehime: "I am. The grass is getting shorter."

えひめ：「あい。草、短くなってきてましゅから。」

Daddy: "The ground is getting softer. Let's shovel the soil out from the hole."

パパ：「地面が柔らかくなってきた。穴から土を出そう。」

Mommy: "OK. Let me do it."

ママ：「わかった。任せて。」

Ehime: "I worked enough. Please play with me!"

えひめ：「もう十分働きまちた。遊んでくだしゃい！」

Kona: "Ahhhh!!!"

コナ：「ああああ！！！」

Kahlua: "Ouch."

カルア：「いてっ。」

Ehime: "This way! Come!"

えひめ：「こっちでしゅよ！来てくだしゃい！」

Kahlua: "Mmm? Not this way?"

カルア：「ん？こっちじゃない？」

Kona: "Yay, yaaaaay! I'm catching you!"

コナ：「イエイ、イエーーーイ！捕まえるぞ〜！」

Ehime: "Please don't be so serious."

えひめ：「しょんなに真剣にならないでくだしゃい。」

Ehime: "I'm thirsty."

えひめ：「のど、かわいた〜」

Kona: "The water is delicious♪"

コナ：「お水、おいしい♪」

Mommy: "Now, let's wash you guys."

ママ：「さあ、今度はみんなを洗おう。」

Kahlua: "Why me?"

カルア：「なんで、ぼく？」

Mommy: "Just because."

ママ：「ついでに。」

When we were at the hole, we heard a big "bang" sound from the house. We didn't know what happened at that time. But later, Ehime found a dead bird on the ground. When my husband looked at the window, oh, gosh... The window was broken! Probably the bird was flying at high speed and banged herself on the window. So sorry for the bird who lost the life, and so sorry for us on the extra expenses this month...

みんなで穴のところにいるとき、家のほうから「バン」という大きな音が聞こえました。そのときは、なにが起こったのかわかりませんでした。でも後で、えひめが地面に鳥の死骸を見つけました。主人がふと見てみると、なんてことでしょう‥‥　窓が割れているではありませんか！多分、鳥がものすごいスピードで飛んできて、窓に激突してしまったのだと思います。命を落とした鳥をかわいそうに思いながら、今月さらなる支出の我が家もかわいそうではないかと思う私たちです。
