How to use home-baked French baguettes 〜おうちで焼いたフレンチバゲット の使い方〜

Kahlua: "Is it our snack time?"

カルア：「おやつの時間？」

Ehime: "I'm sitting right here."

えひめ：「わたち、ここでおすわりちてましゅよ。」

Mommy: "No, not yet. I'm now putting the STAUB pan in the oven to make steam, so I can bake French baguettes."

ママ：「まだまだ。オーブンに、蒸気を発生させるためのストウブ・フライパンを入れるの。フレンチバゲットを焼くからね。」

Ehime: "Oh... not yet..."

えひめ：「あ‥‥　まだでしゅか‥‥」

Kona: "I'm going to wait here, because I like to smell baguettes."

コナ：「ぼくは、ここで待ってるね。だってぼく、バゲットのにおいが好きだから。」

Mommy: "Can you move a little further? I need to open the oven."

ママ：「もうちょっと向こうに移動してくれる？オーブンを開けなきゃいけないから。」

Mommy: "Five minutes passed. Let's spray the water on the surface of the baguettes."

ママ：「５分経った。バゲットの表面に、お水をスプレーしようっと。」

Mommy: "Baguettes are done. Let's slice one. (crispy sound)"

ママ：「バゲット完成。ひとつスライスしてみようっと。（サクッ）」

Kona: "Great sound♪ (smile)"

コナ：「いい音だ♪（ニコッ）」

Kahlua: "I was a very good boy today. (shiny eyes☆)"

カルア：「ぼくね、今日はとってもお利口さんだったの。（お目めキラキラ☆）」

Ehime: "I was a very good girl today. (shiny eyes☆)"

えひめ：「わたちね、今日はとってもお利口しゃんでちたよ。（お目めキラキラ☆）」

Mommy: "Umm... I was going to eat this slice myself, but I guess I can share with you guys."

ママ：「あ、う〜ん‥‥　このスライス、自分で食べるつもりだったんだけど、まあ、みんなでシェアしようっか。」

Kona: "Yes, you can♪"

コナ：「そうそう、そうしよう♪」

Kahlua: "Aaaaaaan. Yum♪"

カルア：「あ〜〜〜〜〜ん。うんまい♪」

At night　夜

Daddy: "Oh! What is this? Arrangement of your French baguettes?"

パパ：「わあ！これ、なに？フレンチバゲットのアレンジ？」

Mommy: "Yes. Crostini... ish. First, I put red onion & orange pepper that were cooked with garlic and balsamic vinegar on top of mozzarella cheese. And I toasted in the oven for 15 min and put sun dry tomatoes on top. I finished with chopped basil and olive oil. Would you like salt and black pepper for taste?" 

ママ：「うん。クロスティーニ‥‥風。最初に、レッドオニオンとオレンジのパプリカをガーリックやバルサミコ酢で炒めて、それをモッツァレラチーズの上に乗せたの。そしてオーブンで15分焼いて、上にサンドライトマトを乗せたのよ。仕上げに細かく切ったバジルとオリーブオイルを振りかけたんだけど、お塩とブラックペパーもパラパラッとしておく？」

Ehime: "I'll eat your ear♪ (bite)"

えひめ：「にいたまのお耳、いただきましゅ♪（カプッ）」

Kona: "Ahhh!"

コナ：「あああ！」

Kona: "I'll eat your ear♪ (bite)"

コナ：「ひめたんのお耳、いただきます♪（カプッ）」

Ehime: "Ahhh!"

えひめ：「あああ！」

Kona: "So, who won?"

コナ：「それで、誰が勝ったかな？」

Ehime: "Ahhh! I didn't lose! I'm just taking a nap here!!!"

えひめ：「あああ！わたち、負けてない！ここでちょっとお昼寝ちてるだけでしゅから！！！」
